  Recomendable al 100%

  Es un hotel de 4*.La habitación era muy grande con dos camas king. Baño amplio y estaba todo muy limpio. Habitación en la septima planta y muy tranquila. El desayuno tipo buffet es correcto. La calidad del servicio del comedor es normal. La única pega es la situación del hotel. Está a las afueras de la ciudad.

  Aconsejable 100 por ciento, no se arrepentirán!

  La atención es perfecta, el personal carismático,la calidad del servicio a habitación excelente, tuve un pequeño problema con la conexión a wifi y fue resuelto al instante con cable de Internet, las condiciones de la habitación mejores no pudieron ser. Se los aconsejo 100 %. Fue una experiencia y una estancia inolvidable, gracias a todos los trabajadores del hotel. De hecho cualquier turista que viaje a Vietnam no debería perderse visitar la provincia de Ninh Binh donde se ubica este hotel, por las bellezas de su naturaleza y pagodas, una de ellas con la estatua del Buda más grande de Asia. Es imposible describir con palabras, hay que visitar el lugar para conocer sus riquezas culturales y naturales.

  Yearly outing 2019

  Nice hotel but old facilities, none people check their collateral at all. Old-fashioned tivi I have ever seen in this age. Main swimming pool with no water circulation system and breakfast not up to par.

  We spent one night here while visiting Ninh Binh. it honestly doesn't deserve the worst reviews, but it was overall mediocre. The staff were friendly without being truly helpful or gracious. The location is a bit out of town and there is nowhere to walk around, so other than a quick stop overnight or for business, there would be no reason to stay here. Seemed like it was set up for large tour groups. The dining room was very large and empty when we were there, which gave it a sort of depressing feel. Our room was large and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities, good internet (though the power went out briefly three times during the evening we were there). But it was odd that we had to go out of the main hotel, through the catering facility, behind the closed tennis courts and the generator, to get into another smaller building that housed our room. I'd give it a pass unless you need to be in Ninh Binh City on business.

  Disappointing in every way

  This is a big hotel ,that tend to host big groups and conferences Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are big,deco is dated ,sheets had some blood stain and even a couple of little holes ,but at least they were clean,not much of a consolation.. Disappointingly some of the Staff is rude and most of them speak little or no English . Rooms are noisy, you can hear people going to the toilet , having a shower, walking around and been near the lift,also hear the lift chime all the time Breakfast is disappointing as I would expect fresh jam from a 4 stars hotel and not the little plastic pods one. One of the staff kept rearranging the bread with her bare hands (there is a towel to hold it for the cutting)then going around touching everything else in the hall (chairs ,tables ,used plates and so on)and coming back to move the bread The night before we asked at reception if they have soya milk in the morning and they said that they will get it for us asking what time we are having breakfast and taking notes ,once we arrived for breakfast and enquiring the same receptionist she said she made a mistake and they dont have it... Location of the hotel is not great as if quite far for the centre and have nothing around ,so you are forced to eat here Unfortunately this was part of a package holiday so we had not spotted the actual issue of the location before(all other places we stayed in were perfect),so will report this to the travel agent
