  Pasando atravez del estado loisiana paramos en este hotel todo increible desayuno ..mi familia estuvo happy con todo fue bien bueno recomiendo este hotel felicidades a los holiday inn..pudiera estar escrbiendo exelente

  Cheap Accomodations

  So the couple days we spent here was right before a large car show so there were no upgrades available and we were given a bare necessity room. However, each room not located on the first floor does come with a view of the water and beach. Staff was not super friendly and acted as though they had to go out of their way to provide basic things such as the packaged breakfast. Creamer at the coffee station was empty except for the first morning we were there. It was out later in the evening and had not been replaced in the morning either. Room was clean and comfortable and for the price not terrible. However, if I ever return to Biloxi I will be certain to never stay here again. I would rather pay the resort fee and stay somewhere I felt as though I was wanted. Located just 1 mile from Treasure Bay Casino but much farther from the main casino strip. I would highly recommend staying somewhere other than here.

  Disappointed

  Drove past at least 10 other cheaper hotels to come here specifically for their breakfasts with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravey etc. If I had wanted a "Continental Breakfast" I would have stayed at another hotel! I could have stayed at the Bea Rivage Casino for the same price! Imagine my disappointment when I was told the didn't do a buffet breakfast like every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at!!! Bathrooms only have showers that become skating rinks as soon as a little conditioner gets rinsed out of your hair. If you get a ground floor room you see parking lot or alley. See pic. Tile area in bath wasn't mopped or should say rinsed properly because it was sticky. The one saving grace was the people at the front desk. Exlempery is an understatement. Just Great. THE ONLY REASON I DO HOLIDAY INN EXCLUSIVLY NOW IS FOR THE REAL BREAKFASTS! And this location--- In a resort area dosen't do one? Crazy. And almost forgot, the coffee cups leaked before I even got them out of the machine. Had to use water cup.

  Wonderfully perfect.

  The beds were soft with heavenly soft pillows. Shower provided pump body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of lighting in room. Fourth floor provided a nice view of the gulf. Breakfast was the best I have had since this virus started. Jimmy Dean biscuit with bacon and egg. Also can of ocean spray orange juice and a cinnamon bun. Other hotels offered pop tarts, etc. There was a table in front of the hotel and we ate breakfast while looking at the water (nice). Very modern looking room. Only negatives I can think of is that the parking lot was dark. Perhaps b/c of storm (Zeta) that just passed. I could hear some noise from hwy 90, but faint enough to sleep all through the night. I will stay there again since I hate paying resort fees for nothing at casino hotels.

  Price is good

  Spent two nights here. Check in was great and I was given a room on the fourth floor, overlooking the Gulf. Housekeeping was not provided unless I requested it, due to precautions. The television has quite a selection of channels, though I didnt watch much. The bed was OK though only one of the two nights was restful. There is a bit of noise from US-90, but it isnt terrible especially given how close it is. Bathroom is good except the shower. The water pressure is weak even for hotel standards. It felt barely above a trickle, meaning I had to spend extra time in the shower. The breakfast selection was OK, though they are strict about wearing a mask while waiting for the server to give you what you want, even if you are drinking coffee. While there are signs around the property (just like all other IHG properties), this is the first time I have had someone refusing service without it. Keep that in mind if you cant/dont want to wear one. The outdoor pool was closed for the season, even though it was over 70 degrees both days. With the Gulf being so shallow near the shore, I couldnt swim anywhere. One night was paid via points, the other (Sunday night) was only $74 plus tax, one of the lowest Ive seen lately. With Biloxi recovering from storms plus travel in general being down, rates are a bargain. The low price bumps up the rating a bit, otherwise this is three stars at most. Downtown and the casinos are only a couple of miles away. Parking lot is a bit on the small side.
