  Correcto y cómodo

  Típico hotel de la cadena que cumple las expectativas. Situado en una zona de negocios, algo alejado de las zonas turísticas de la ciudad, pero como los taxis son baratos no supone ningún problema. Edificio moderno. Habitaciones de buen tamaño. Baño bien, con amenities suficientes. Agua, café y té de cortesía. No tiene nevera. Desayuno buffet incluido correcto aunque con mas comida china que internacional. Buena relación calidad-precio.

  Stayed 2 time and will return

  We stayed in Holiday Inn Express for the second time and we liked it again. The room was clean and there was no any of smoking as in many hotels in China. We both dont smoke and quite sensitive to different smells. The mattress was comfortable and I like the choice of pillows on the bed: soft, firm. And breakfast is very good. In the morning I always feel lazy to go and search for a place to eat outside in a not familiar area. Always end up wasting time and finding not great options, so breakfast at the hotel seems as a good way to start a day. No hassle. Breakfast is from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. It has a variety of western and Chinese food. I noticed that they dont offer any bakery. Only toasted bread. If they add bakery items to breakfast that would be great. But even without bakery the variety of food is enough and good for a free breakfast. We would be staying again in Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Huanglong P/S I didnt know that Holiday Inn Express differs from each other in different cities. I choosed Holiday Inn Express in Shanghai and it was bad. The room was not very clean and it smells like people were smoking inside. The interior inside of the room was old and not cozy.

  Reasonable Hotel

  This hotel is very reasonable for a short term stay The rooms are kept exceptionally clean Unfortunately the public areas require maintenance and cleaning This is suppose to be a non smoking hotel except no one told the Chinese who walk casually throughout the hotel smoking The only food available at the hotel is breakfast which is adequate There is no pool or gym No laundry service is available but they do have 2 washers and dryers and tokens for 20 rmb are available at reception There is an independent spa on the 4th floor which is well worth a visit Within walking distance there are numerous local dining options available

  Holiday Inn Express ( smart choice? Translated in Chinese )

  One of the bad hotel that I have stayed. Hated the dimly lighted corridor & lift lobby, reminded me of those cheap hotel that allow working women to use the rooms. Anyway, room is spacious as I stayed at the suite room at 17th floor. Toilet & bathroom is separated by glass cubicles. Sink & mirror is unusually low even for Asians height. There is a kitchen sink without taps, a small stove with an over-sized kitchen hood. No dressing table & mirror for the ladies. In the morning there are slight renovation noises from above the room. No need ear plugs. Room is not well furnished to normal hotel international standards. However, front desk is helpful if you could speak Chinese. Have not encountered strict security issues faced by an Indian reviewer who stayed here for 10 days still subject to daily security checks. Maybe, because I could speak Chinese & looked Chinese, so Im not subject to checking. Breakfast is the normal Chinese food, nothing to shout about and the dining room is rather warm like without AC. The hotel is hidden behind Delixi office building where there is a cafe & a convenient shop. Metro station is far about 4 traffic junctions away, probably about 500 m from the hotel. Would pass by the Metro company, asked the guard where is the Metro station, he said dont know!?! He should be sack, Metro staff does not know where is the Metro station? Currently there is road ( metro extension ) & pavement ( drainage) constructions along the way. I would not return to this hotel again.

  The Best Trip

  I loved the room, it has a comfortable bed, sofa, desk and TV, the bathroom is like and excellent, with towel and perfume service, the restaurant food is varied and of quality, I loved the self service laundry service in floor 4, employees give good attention and have a very good location. RECOMMENDED
