  Hotel muy comodo, y cerca de los centros comerciales , sobre todo del MALL of AMERICA el mas grande del mundo , me toco un clima pesimo nieve por doquier pero dentro del hotel ni te percatabas , la tencion muy buena

  We needed a room for our family of 5. Checked in walked into the room and it smelled like dirty socks. As we checked around for bed bugs (always do) the mattress on the sofa sleeper had a burn whole in it and some crusty food. It was nasty we're exhausted cleaned it off and grabbed extra sheets to top the mattress. Walls are dirty ( next to the bed ). Glad this is for one night. Eww.

  Weekend In The Twin Cities

  Stayed here for weekend getaway and was a great experience!! Guest Services was great and the room was nice and VERY comfortable!! The room was a well appointed room with everything you would need!! Breakfast was good!!

  Our two night stay was what we should expect from any hotel, and they delivered. We were warmly greeted and allowed to check in early. Our room was spotless, and spacious. There are enough electric outlets, and the lighting was plentiful - you can actually see what is in the room. The large flat screen TV and cable was good, and it is nice that they provide a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker - there is even an in room safe. The bathroom was really nice, and the spacious walk in shower was better than average. We appreciated the room darkening blinds, and the crisp bedding. The included WiFi was very good - always providing a signal that was useful. The only thing that was disappointing is the breakfast - it is clear from their setup that what is offered today is not what it once was. It seems to me that they could kick it up in this age of Covid by having someone serve what use to be self serve offerings.

  Nice place and very friendly staff

  We got moved to this hotel because they didnt have rooms at our original hotel. I was upset we couldnt stay where we were booked and confirmed but this ended up being a much better hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was cleaner and better taken care of than the other one. Only complaint is the traffic noise on top level (6) is loud and constant. Feels like the window is open in the winter but it is not.
