  Worst HI Express in the chain

  Simply Horrible. Shuttle would not provide pick up in a timely manner. Taxi Could not find the location, when we called they were no help. No lights on, no Holiday Inn sign. With a brand this iconic, not having lights on is really a fail. This is a 2 star Chinese hotel at best. If I knew the Crowne Plaza was so close by, I would have chosen that, but the information on the web site was not clear. Best to simply avoid.

  You might want to stay somewhere else

  I was pretty unimpressed with the hotel overall. The reception was very informal and unfriendly. The beds were rock hard (but the linens were nice). The breakfast was terrible with cold coffee, no cutlery or juice glasses available (they wouldn't even go into the back and get me some.... I kid you not). I would highly recommend looking elsewhere at the Tianjin Airport.

  Not up to standards of IHG

  This is probably my lowest Holiday Inn Express experience. The bed was so hard, I could not get a very good nights sleep. The shower was very good, but the slope of the floor was not enough to keep the water flowing down the drain. Actually water went everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom sink also had cracks in the basin and the shower had a broken glass pane. The food was good for breakfast and the staff was very helpful. Other than that I would try looking for something better.

  Ivernight stay at airport

  In the middle of many car dealerships away from any shops or restaurants but the hotel itself was cheap and value for money Clean spacious rooms Denet bathroom facilities and also tv in all rooms No complaints and ideal when arriving at the airport early or very late. Breakfast was included and the lady at the desk was very helpful

  Very disappointed IHG hotel

  I need stay 1night then transfer the flight to Hong Kong , near the airport only this international brand hotel, I call the hotel ask them how to go to hotel and any pick up service before I check in but the staff give me very confuse answer . When I check in the room was very old,I take shower in the bathroom but the sewer was stagnant, then I call the housekeeping please soft the problem and send me the clean towers due to the water on the bathroom floor ,when they finished the compliant ,they dont take out the dirty towers, because they go inside the bathroom dont take out the shoes ,so make the floor very dirty ,then they used the shower towers to clean the dirty footprint. I dont support they use the guest showers towers to clean the floor. after that I told them pass out the towers ,but they said room attendant off duty already, just put at the corner I dont know IHG how to manage the hotel.no more next time to check in this hotel
