  Small pets welcome!!

  So happy to have seen their billboard advertisement that pets are welcome. We were supposed to stay at a Red Roof Inn in Fayetteville NC- the rooms were disgusting so we did not stay. So happy with the pet policy at this Holiday Inn for a $20. fee and the staff was great!

  Excellent service

  We stopped here on our way south on 95. It was clean and all staff were extremely friendly. They have a restaurant so we didnt have to leave the hotel for dinner or breakfast. Food was great, bed was comfortable. Perfect relaxing stay during our trip. We had a bad experience on the way to our vacation at a cheaper brand hotel. Learned our lesson. We will look for Holiday Inns from now on.

  Very disappointed in this hotel! We stay here often when traveling thru Sc . In the past they accepted travel discount coupons - No More! When we checked in the clerk told me a price of $125 , ( used to be 89 with coupon) and $20 for a pet . When she printed the receipt I had to sign , it said $189!! I asked what were the additional charges and she said a 20% incidental fee?? Then we get to the room and there is no hot water and a very worn tub ! Also beware ! During holiday travel times the room rates double!

  I will never stay here again! I came down for breakfast and the old man who's a manager & another employee in restaurant was having a conversation about a employee contracting covid recently! I refused to eat and canceled my order after hearing that because my main concern is why in the world was that place still open?! They found it to be humorous but many have died because of this! Very shocked & highly disappointed with holiday inn standards when it comes to Covid!!! Me, my wife & children will never be back although it used to be our favorite pet hotel. Not anymore!!! Please do not visit this location! The way the older man was walking and coughing made me rethink of ordering our food and i didn't. The rate was way too high anyways.. Joe Doe

  Beware !!!

  This hotel appears to have a scam going on with prepaid reservations. I prepaid for a king room with Travelocity, but no king was available when I arrived. Instead, I had to pay a $30 upgrade fee for a room with two queen beds. Same thing happened to the guy in front on me in line who was staying with frequent stayer points. Stay away!!!!
