  Nice Hotel, but .....

  The Hotel is nice, friendly people at the reception and the bell boys are really helpful. However, The housekeeping are really slow and sometimes they don't clean the room unless you call them. Strange things happened, when I called the housekeeping to clean the room at 01:00 PM, I went out and got back at 07:00 PM i discovered that my key card is not opening the room and when i got back to the reception, as there are no phone by the elevators, they changed the key but it was still not working. i had to go up and down, floor 19, for 4 times as each time they couldn't get the key to work. I know they were renovating but this was really boring and that's why i gave them "Average" feed back. Also, you have to ask for shampoo, bath soap as they only put soap in the bathroom! However, I won't mind going back to this hotel again because of the view and the friendliness of most people there.

  Very Good

  very good hotel for families. the location is difficult slightly to find if you have a car. they have three levels of parking. TV channels is various. the only negative point is the district in mid night become bad.

  Lovely Views over the Gulf!

  Stayed there during weekend visit a few months ago. The service was ok, the room was clean and tidy. The parking was an added value specially in such congested neighborhood. The views are very nice from the upper floors.

  Receptionists are not friendly nor professional plus the hotel is full of PROSTITUTE dirty and slow room service, guests smoke even in elevators!! Although each room has a/c controller you still can't control air condition temperature either very hot or cold Free parking

  Nice Hotel. Specially for the Family. New environment, not serving any kind and types of alcohol. Unlike before the hotel is totally different compare to what the hotel now. highly recommend to all the travelers. Whether your in leisure or work.
