  Always Clean and Inviting

  Always excellent service, clean and affordable. Food choices are excellent. Staff is always friendly. Beds are always comfortable. Property is always clean and inviting. Home 2 Suites continues to be our only choice for lodging. We could have stayed much closer to final destination, but because of the consistency of these properties, we actually stayed an extra 45 miles away, but worth the inconvenience.

  Had a wonderful stay! Very clean comfy rooms. Great breakfast and wonderful staff! Everyone made you feel so welcome. It was a quiet and peaceful room.Hotel was in walking distance to eating places so we walked to dinner. We enjoyed it very much and will stop again!

  Thought we would give it a try.

  We usually stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Quail Springs by Hilton across the parking lot from this property. When we made this reservation, the phone was forwarded to the Home2 Suites as they explained that the Hampton was closed for elevator repair. Liked the room, plenty of storage areas. Liked the bed and pillows. Outside areas are nice. There were issues however: There were essentially four issues. 1. The sticker on the bathroom mirror stated "Dial 0 for weekend clean service". That would infer that cleaning would occur on days other than the weekend. We did not have cleaning service on Friday or Monday. no...we did not call the front desk, but did not think we had to do so. 2. We spoke to the front desk directly for a wake up call on 7/8/20. We did not receive a call. Anticipating this, I activated our phone alarm as a back-up. 3. There are minor repairs that could easily be done given the limited capacity. A ceramic tile in the bathroom, by the door is off of the wall near the floor. Toilet seat is ajar, probably from guest trying to reach the T.P. Could use some new caulking. 4. I would say communication with staff was an issue. Clearly the cleaning plan was not discussed at check-in. The breakfast requirements were also not explained until we went the first morning. I totally understand that we are all trying to do our best during this pandemic. Just have a feeling the Hampton would have done a better job.

  I have been here on travel multiple times in the last 6 weeks and I keep coming back to this location. The rooms are clean and the facility is as well. Staff are friendly and I really enjoy the mini kitchen. Walking distance to plenty of food options and a Starbucks. I will continue to use this hotel for all my visits to the area. Breakfast is not bad and all setup for easy grab and go with social distancing. Keycard disinfecting chalice is a nice touch. The brewery has a great menu and is a very short walk.

  If you forget it an item you will not get it back.

  We stayed at the Home2 Suites at quail Springs during Thanksgiving. The hotel was appropriate for the price. The rooms were of a good size and the beds were comfortable. I had asked for connecting rooms and my request was not honored (the hotel was no where near full due to Covid). There was a need for maintenance. Our kitchen sink did not drain and the garbage disposal was not working. The shower in our room had some dark stains (possibly mold) in the corners and one of the towel hooks was busted loose and hanging. What bothered me the most is that we had put some of our own items in the dishwasher, a stainless steel strainer, glass pyrex with lid and a paring knife. When I realized the next day that we had forgotten them I called. The desk clerk checked with housekeeping and was told that they did find the items but threw them away. Does any one really believe that they threw away good kitchen ware? I don't. Very frustrating but what can you do. Leave a review about it.
