  After Christmas trip

  We had a cabin rented for a couple days after Christmas and they called us the day before we left to make us aware that the cabin had no power so we cancelled. My husband found availability in this hotel. Its extremely clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!!

  New favorite hotel

  We wanted to spend a few days before Christmas in Pigeon Forge. The nightly price for a cabin was quite pricey, so we decided to stay at the Home2 Suites instead. What a gem! The hotel is not on the main strip, which was nice. We had a great view from our room of the Ferris wheel lit up at night and traffic was not a problem since Teaster Lane bypasses much of the traffic area. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. When we arrived, the hotel room had a sanitized seal on the door to let us know it had not been entered since cleaned. As with other Hilton properties during COVID, they do not do in-stay cleaning but are very accommodating to supplying needed items like more towels and toiletries. The room layout of the King suite was fantastic. With the microwave, sink, and fridge, we were able to make food as needed. The grab-and-go breakfast items were very tasty (as compared to some of the Hampton options currently being provided at Hampton properties). We are Hilton members and usually stay at Hamptons, but our new favorite will be Home2 Suites when available. And this one is a gem!

  Disappointed

  If this were a normal year, I might give this hotel a slightly higher rating, but this is 2020 and cleanliness should be at the top of the priority list for all hotels if they want to survive this pandemic. On the morning after checkin, I went in to take a shower. When I closed the shower curtain, I saw someones used washcloth thrown over the shower curtain. I was careful not to touch it. When I finished, I asked my sister if she had used a wash cloth and she said no. I cautioned her not to touch it but unfortunately it fell in on her during her shower. I took a picture and spoke to the front desk about it upon checkout. The manager said oh it was probably just a cleaning cloth used by housekeeping. Looking closely at the photo, I do not believe it was a cleaning cloth. Why would housekeeping throw a cleaning cloth over the top of the shower curtain? It made me glad that I had brought my own sanitizing wipes and cleaned all handles, faucets, switches, remotes, etc. when we checked in. The front desk acted as if this was nothing, but in these scary times of a pandemic, it was a big deal for me. I expected better from a Hilton brand.

  Outstanding

  This hotel was amazing for our family. We had such a great time the hotel was so friendly and offered suggestions on local things to go and do with the little ones. We loved it. Breakfast was not as easy with the kiddos but we mad due!

  Less than expectancy for Hilton

  Stayed here for a night while traveling. Indoor Pool was very cold (which my daughter was bummed about, the one thing she was looking forward to). The beds were not very comfortable, I actually didnt sleep well during this stay. The USB ports in the room did not work, so our devices did not charge the entire stay. The TV was very frustrating as well. It kept freezing, and was VERY delayed. When a channel was changed, it took 2-3 minutes for it to show up, and would then freeze. Quite frustrating for a family with little ones who like cartoons, seeing how we couldnt change our devices either. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. Wouldnt recommend this hotel for families traveling with little ones. I informed the front desk of some of these issues and was told oh sorry about that, Ill give $10 off thats it. For a Hilton property, this is very disappointing.
