  What a staff!!!

  We could say that the service at this hotel is quite pleasant. We get the bedroom overlooking the Pool, what a really eye soothing view. The hotel's staff was extremely warm, helpful, and truly pampered us.They are friendly and attentive. Their warmth smiles make the day for our stayed. Also had to complement on staff named Riani and her friend who was so accommodating anw, thank u for the cake team. what for next about their employees i met the Manager in lobby he greet us and explain all facilities in this hotel thank u for your hospitality Mr. Gusti it was very helpfull. Shout out to Mr. Arnaz who suggest us for stay in this hotel and he really tell the truth about this hotel staff. The beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect for my neck. The room was spacious. The room/toilet could have been a bit cleaner, but was otherwise perfect. this hotel deserves an award for being the best in everything!!!!! The staffs, service, and the place.

  Breakfast at Santan Restaurant

  Breakfast with good taste Tradisional menu good , very recomended for stay at horison bandung . Safety for children for playing swimingpool good area baru big pool Thanks for Mrs Nidha and Mr.arie for all

  A pleasant wedding experience at horison hotel

  We held a wedding in krakatau ballroom at 13th december, it was a beautiful wedding which had the perfect coordination, pa yani the wedding PIC help us thoroughly, the test food before the day, the coordination about the decor, the event itself, were so smooth. We had it on pandemic situation yet mr.yani help us to divide our wedding into 2 session and the guest was so satisfying, they gave us a compliment abous how great the ballroom and how tasty the food was! And it's all because of Horison! The staffs in horison also help us to arrange the room for us and family to stay longer, help us to add some more chair so that the guest would never has to queueing longer, the ballroom was beautiful and perfect for a wedding Last but not least, Mr. yani help us to gave a beautiful honeymoon suite and it was great Pak Yani!   nice hospitality

  very good service, polite and helpful, breakfast with many choices of menu, room is clean enough and comfortable, in the morning our car is being cleaned by staff, it's beyond our expectation, keep it up!

  Great Location and Warm Staff

  Helpfull hotel staff, nice ambience, strategic location near TSM Mall and close to restaurants that open untill late. The hotel pool is perfect when bringing kids. Excellent choice for staying in Bandung.
