  Muy bueno

  El hotel no es muy moderno, pero es lo mejor que se ofrece en la ciudad, una de las cosas que destaco de el es el servicio de playa que ofrece que la verdad es bueno, las habitaciones resultan muy comodas

  Good but with some downs

  Hotel is well situated, very clean and well laid out. Rooms are a good size and majority of the staff (excluding Reception) were very friendly and tried their hardest to provide a good service.. It was the last two weeks of the season and the hotel was slowly closing down. Food was average and not what we would consider 5star. The salad bar was good. Bbq fish good but it would be good to have a few vegetables there as by the time you walked to bbq, back to vegetables then to your table the fish was almost cold. Yoghurts ran out before the end of holiday. After a complaint the manager come back with in a bag but were only available to those who asked. Good variety of drinks but the wine for meals was very, very dry and noticeable not many holidaymakers were drinking it. Waffle & ice cream bar was exceptional and the highlight of the food. Entertainment varied from very good (Ghanaian acrobats) to dire (The Band). Entertainment programme repeated both weeks which we felt was poor. There were several tip boxes positioned around the hotel but it was difficult to establish how these were allocated to staff. It should be made clear to the visitors how this is allocated. A backgammon tournament the last few days filled the hotel. Disappointing that the dining room dress code did not extend to them. Overall a good holiday. When raised, Issues were generally resolved by the management but if they want to succeed as a five star hotel these issues should not arise in the first place.

  Wedding

  We revisited Icmeler Turkey 12th September for our wedding on the 17th September,and stayed at the Hotel Aqua for 2 weeks,,we couldnt have chosen a better holiday,,it was amazing the whole holiday,they upgraded us to the new top floor courtesy of my son(best man) contacting them,we had the most amazing views from our 2 balconies,of the sea and mountains,we stayed with a party of 16 family for our wedding,and from day 1 to the very last day of our holiday the staff were all fantastic,the reception staff,cleaners,entertainment,waiters,nothing was too much trouble for them,so friendly and thoughtful,cleansiness was exceptional,food was amazing,we never went hungry,it was non stop fun for 2 weeks for all our party,we married at a neighbouring venue,but the Hotel Aqua put an after party on for us that was so special to us,they went above and beyond to make it special,we couldnt praise them all enough,so much so we are booked for next year for our 1st anniversary,anyone thinking of booking the Hotel Aqua we would highly recommend,yes its not the cheapest,its 5*,but it is well worth it,best hotel we have been in,and the best view from our room ever,myself and my bride Brenda loved every minute,as did our whole party!!

  Nice seafront hotel with good Spa

  Stayed here on recommendation, and was not disappointed. Probably the best located hotel in Icmeler Great staff all through the hotel great spa which they do not charge to use Gym could do with updating

  Fourth time

  We stayed to the new top floor in a two-room apartment with 2 balconies number 526, individual air conditioning in both rooms, TV in both rooms, internet worked flawlessly, cleaning is done every day. After four holidays to this hotel in the last five years we concluded that employees are their strong point. Fantastic employees, so friendly and thoughtful. It is reassuring when you return to this hotel and review employees from previous years. Good variety of food and drinks, waffle and ice cream bar excellent, nice entertainment program.
