  Comfort Stay

  When in Guwahati I stay in Hotel Bhargav Grand for my business trips. Its safe and the rooms are also neat and clean. Food quality is satisfactory. Staffs are prompt and well behaved. Easily accessible to and from Airport.

  False charging of eateries in room and non cooperative reception desk staff

  I stayed in this hotel for personal work for three days. They had charged me falsely for coldrinks and eateries present in the room. I told them i had not eaten anything and i would not say wrong for mere 300 rs but they did not accepted it. How can be prove that we have not eaten anything. Its their staff who did it. Also i requested for delayed checkout, initially they agreed but finally they refused at the time of checkout and charged for one extra day. We felt so sad and disheartened at being cheated by reception staff. We recoomend never ever stay in such hotel.

  Average hotel

  I stayed at this property during my recent stay at Guwahati. It took almost 40 minutes to reach here from the airport. The check-in was quick. The room alotted was twin bedded room which was changed to queen bed on request. The room size was comfortable for solo Traveller. The interior of the room was ok. The room had tea maker. The room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good in size. The toiletries provided were of cheap quality. The complimentary morning breakfast was nothing short of horrible. For vegan guests they had cold rotis , cold subji , cornflakes ,pineapple in fruits and bread toast. The food quality was simply bad and the staff was least intrested in providing service. When I asked why everything is cold the reply was that we start to serve breakfast at 7 in the morning. I went there at 9:30. The check out was ok. The staff at reception too fails to impress. Overall a average stay. Overall very average stay.

  A decent place

  Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff ( the room service) Good food. Breakfast Buffet needs to be checked. Not much variety and almost a repeat of the menu on all 5 days stay. Lack lusture staff at resteraunt.

  Satisfying stay for one night

  I stayed in Hotel Bhargav Grand for one night. The receptionist was very polite and handled us very efficiently. Rooms were perfect for a short stay. Bathroom was decent. The location is in the highway and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the city centre by Ola or Uber. A nice thing about the hotel is that it is very close to ISBT (bus station) which is very convenient.Reaching Gauhati University is very easy and straight from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was perfect. Overall stay was satisfying.
