Good
In the first 4 days everything was fine with good housekeeping .. we extended our stay by 4 days more ,after which they stopped cleaning the room ,didnt change towels and stopped giving the complimentary water/ toiletries. Lady at the front desk is helpful and speaks English. Room is spacious and worth the price. Its a new construction. It is a smart toilet including spa bath.its in a good area near to metro and bus station. Note:The hotel is non smoking

Pathetic Experience
Hotel is good but the staff is not at all kind. We stayed for 6 days and each day, we had one or the other issue. No staff member except the owner could talk or understand English and so, it caused many issues. Owner of the hotel was very rude and a big racist. We could feel being discriminated on many occasions. Moreover, on the last day, we would have missed our flight, because the manager of the hotel didn't inform us about the arrival of our driver which caused a lot of inconvenience to us & our driver. Strongly recommend all to not choose this hotel, even if it's offered at no cost.

Cool Hotel in Gangnam
Hotel can be easily accessed and comes with a nice comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite nice. Front desk staff were all found to be helpful and friendly when spoken to. the room has cool digital DND signs to alert housekeeping when to clean and when to bypass your room. Lobby has a cool world clock display. Wouldn't mind staying again.

Extremely disappointed
Stayed here for a business trip. Chic stylish and very clean interior but very poorly designed with no ventilation whatsoever. Very damp. No hangers for towels. No mirrors in the room. Shower head does not adjust to accomodate peoples height. Very hard mattress. Could hardly see my feet in this dark dungeon-ish atmosphere. All the light switch is beside the bed so when u enter the room u have to walk all the way across the room to turn on the light. The only window of the room opens onto a dead wall of the opposite building. The most uncomfortable hotel iv ever stayed. Please at least get the essential basics right. Iv had a better and more comfortable stay at cheaper motels. Whoever designed this room prob has never travelled and never had to stay at a hotel before. They did put alot of effort to make it pretty though i wander if its actually meant to be a love hotel where people stay for just few hours. Not a place for tourists.

Very helpful staff
My mom was visiting me and we were looking for a hotel last minute in Seoul. This place was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If we had any questions or needed anything they came and helped us. It is a great business hotel for a short stay and in a nice part of Seoul. I will definitely stay again if I am in Seoul.
