  Don't go there

  My girlfriend was placed in this hotel from the organizers of the annual film festival and I came for support. Truth is, I can't remember ever staying at a worse place than this. The rooms are in terrible condition, the beds were squeaking, there were stains on the walls. The toilet in my room was missing the top plastic seat and on top of that I HAD NO HOT WATER. This was like an experience from the poorest country in the world only that you're still technically in the EU.

  Not a place to stay

  Weve booked for 2 nights. The hotel has to areas: area A - renovated (i suppose, looks better from the outside) and are B (nightmare). The room was filthy and small, outdated furniture, probably from the 80 and the worst part: the smell: mold..you just stay for more than 2 sec. We had to find another place to stay over the night. Of course they did not reinburse the money...horrible experience.

  Feeling looked after ...

  What stands out for all the extended family is the warm welcome from Danny and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was looked after from 12 - 92 years old with smiles and friendly conversation. We asked to change a room. No problem. A dinner for fifteen at short notice, without hesitation. Taxis booked and mobility issues factored in...Local advice at any time to help us navigate our way around - we were here for a wedding. The hotel may be simple in design and facilities. The treatment we received was 5* .... Thank you.

  Average hotel, ok for a short stay

  We stayed in B area of the hotel. The rooms were ok-ish: clean sheets and a very nice mattress, but the rest of the room was not so clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed. The bathroom lacked a hair dryer. Although we stayed in August, there was no need for air conditioning. Breakfast was ok, a lot of food options to choose from. The juice and coffee were horrible.
