  Extremely good hotel!

  We are still here-a family with 2 years child and we love this place and the people making it so special.I have been at least 20 years in a row in Pamporovo and this is the best place for me and for my family!This hotel impressed us from the first moment!Everything was just perfect!The service is excellent,the staff is pretty and reacting on every request!The ratio quality/cost is excellent!The kids entertainment is excellent,and included in the price.You can leave the kids for few hours and have a drink near the open fire.The room size is OK.The furniture and the design a just on the spot-nothing too much,nothing too less.We love this style.And the location is in the very quiet place in pine tree forest and in the same time only 400m from the pistes.Just brilliant for relaxing.

  Great hotel in the heart of the mountain

  I visited hotel Extreme with my family twice during the summer and winter last year. It offers very good price-quality ratio. The location is pretty convenient if you are here in a vacation. The food and the cleanness in the hotel are excellent. We are charmed from the chef's attention during the dinner and the offered desserts. If you make a reservation better ask for a room with a view and share your experience. The view and the sunrise are just beautiful. The staff is always polite and helps with a lot of useful information (I won't bore you with our unsuccessful attempts of putting chains on the car) Of course there are some cons - old fashioned TVs and only several channels available but that wasn't so essential for us and we will come back for sure. I would recommend the hotel to all of my friends.

  It was a nice experience and we highly reccomend for a wonderful vacation in Pamporovo during ski sesson

  We stayed at this hotel between 5-12 Feb '17. The hotel is situated close to the slopes, by car of if you choose to go with the hotel's bus or better with the bus offered by Aspen rental office - this located at Studenets 2 ski centre, right on ski the slope, very convenient if you decide to go with them (they also offer a discount if you stay at Extreme). Everything was at its best at Extreme hotel - from the front desk, till the restaurant staff. Even if not everyone from the staff speak English very well, they make efforts to understand your request and in the end they are nice and helpful. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner - it was only the first day at dinner we had issues in finding a table as the restaurant is not so big. We enjoyed the SPA, the massage and the pool. The room was big and clean and most of all it was quiet, we had luck to have a room with a nice view to the forest and not to the parking. For the things to be considered in the future as improvement: I would suggest renewing the TVs as they are old and most of all to improve the WI-FI signal which was quite bad in the room. Would be nice if you could offer in the future all inclussive packages. All in all it was a nice experience and we highly reccomend Extreme hotel for a wonderful vacation in Pamporovo!

  We had a wonderful vacation at Hotel Extreme

  We had a wonderful family snowy vacation at Hotel Extreme.Its location near to the slopes, and the stunning view to the Rhodopi mountain come as first impression. But not less important are the helpful service staff, the good food, and the very clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the SPA and the warm water-pool. The best thing for us as parents was that our child was keen about the animation. I also recommend the yoga-classes held every morning. We already plan our next vacation in Pamporovo, this time in summer. And there is no hesitation about the hotel.

  Perfect location, excellent spa Hotel, friendly staff!

  We are visiting this hotel, mainly for our family snowy vacation, the last 10 years and everything remains as good as the first time. Last time we stayed there for a week between 20 and 26th of March. We loved it from the first time because: It is in a perfect location hotel, only 10 minutes walking distance from the slopes for skiing. The hotel also offers free of charge shuttle in order not to carry your equipment. All the rooms have plenty of space, they are very comfortable, warm, quiet and clean. With big bathrooms including almost everything you need. The Staff everywhere are very polite and ready to assist you. This time as we had with us guests from Greece, in the reception they assist us to rent the ski equipment (with discount) to book bowling games and in general everything we asked them. The Head Waiter of the restaurant Mr. Stefan is a really professional, paying attention to everyone and making you feel special. The food was delicious, with pleasant surprises every time, the chef of the restaurant, every night is coming out of the kitchen to check the satisfaction of the guests! We really like the Spa, the pool and the game room! As a small remark to the hotel management, something that needs improvement is; the unstable Wi Fi signal (unfortunately we have to use it more and more often) and the TVs in the room; it is really time to change them. :) We always recommend Extreme hotel to all of our friends in Bulgaria and abroad and for sure we will keep coming back again and again, if they keep the same standards! Thank you to all of you in Hotel Extreme for your efforts to make our vacation one more time unforgettable!
