  Loved the stay. This is genuine. I have a baby 1 year old. My baby wasnt well. They prepared khichdi fr my baby.

  Genuinely no less than a 5 star stay. Food was amazing n fresh. Recommended for family stay. And family room is amazing tooo. Even frnds can stay in family room. Worth staying here. Staff is really good.

  Horrible service,below average food,rude and careless staff..only room was ok

  The gentleman at the reception when we checked in was very rude.No heed was paid to our room service requests and the food quality and utensils were below average.The only good thing was the view from the terrace.Room is ok but overall I was not happy with the service of this Treebo hotel.Will not recommend to those who expect good service from a hotel.For those who will be happy with a good view only,can try it.

  Dharamshala tour

  We spent three nights here, the overall experience was more than satisfactory. The hotel is at highway and Easley approachable. We had booked three rooms, which were spacious and the lighting and painting gives you a luxury feeling. We enjoyed more walking around at the hotel park ,tea gardens, stadium, mini gym in front of the hotel. Location is excellent specially roof top restaurant. Worth visiting this place. Quality of food is good. Places to visit is well connected. Manger and staff was very helpful. "It is a good family getaway any time."

  A good hotel - needs renovation to revert to its past glory

  While in Dharamshala we had a chance to stay at this hotel. Based upon review it was expected that the experience will be fantastic but it fell slightly short of it. The plus points are the hotel is located in a well-connected locality with fantastic views from its room and the rooftop restaurant which gives a fantastic view of the mountains. A must visit place. The staff is friendly and very cooperative. The bad part is the hotel is under renovation and 1st and 3rd floor are in shambles. The spa, pool, the bar and gym are also closed. The toiletries in the bathroom are confined to a bubble bath bottle and a moisturizer. They do not have an iron board and iron. If extra bottle of water is required at odd times then one has to wait until the restaurant opens at 8 am. They need to improve upon these to retain their past glory.
