  a hidden gem

  Overall the place was great. The location fit exactly what we wanted. The staff was great and very accommodating. The restaurant's offerings were great and the waitstaff was excellent. As previous reviewers have stated the views are incredible!

  A VERY strange resort hotel.

  Lots of balconies with views on site, but the owners dont want guests to use them because they are furnished completely inadequately - few chairs NO SHADE provided. They want you to eat at their restaurant if you want to sit outside as it has the best views and is very well shaded. As a former hotel consultant, I can honestly say they clearly do not want you there unless you are eating. I have stayed at many resort hotels, but have never been shunned - they shun their guests at this property. We had a room for three as my wife and I have to use separate beds. There was ONE CHAIR IN A TRIPLE OCCUPANCY ROOM. They clearly wanted us to sit in the restaurant instead of enjoying the view from the room. The property has lovely grounds and lots of potential. The restaurant is clearly outstanding, but I did not have a meal there out of principle. The staff was wonderful, it is the ownership that doesnt treat their quests well.

  Hotel with a view!

  We loved everything about this hotel, the view was breath taking, the staff were kind and attentive and the food was delicious. We only stayed here for 2 nights but the position on the hotel makes it a perfect spot as a base to visit the beautiful area. Sirolo is 10 minutes away and Loreto about 20, both stunning. They also accept dogs for a small surcharge.

  Stunning view of the sea

  Great thing about chiecking-in is to be told that you just got an upgrade and find yourself in a bigger room with a private patio than what you were expecting! Everything has been recently renovated and is all new and fresh. And it comes with a wonderfull view of the sea below. Everything is encircled by flowers and plants! Personnel also very kind and smiling. Next time I will also try the restaurant that I've heard is really good, but could not try on this occasion

  Beautiful setting wow

  Could not find any faults with this place. Very nice staff. Great breakfast and dinner. There is a steep road to the hotel but we used taxi's (They were expensive) . This is why the hotel has such beautiful views. We did not find this hotel expensive and happy with everything. The bar and restaurant service is impeccable, with very friendly staff (hello to our waitress). Room was very nice. Been in many worst. Couldn't fault anything apart from the weather which means we may return someday!
