  Noisy road, AC smells of cigarette smoke, terrible wifi

  Near to airport but there are much better hotels in this area. I had to change floors because the wifi wasn't working and even then it worked erratically. Air conditioning pumps in smoke laden air - my eyes are actually sore. The nearby road and airport mean the windows have to stay closed to keep the noise level acceptable. The staff smile through it all because they simply can't solve any of these issues. They also seem keen to have payment up front even if that means billing you again for extras at the end of your stay. The restaurant is OK and the location is good for the nearby offices. Above all, the hotel needs a new ventilation system and a new wifi system. Until then, I can't personally recommend it.

  Situated close to the Tunis International Airport

  Nice, modern hotel conveniently situated close to Carthage International Airport of Tunis. Wifi of good quality. Some technical aspects (closing windows) and housekeeping (check if towels are available) could be improved.

  If you can avoid, please do

  Having to attend a funeral in Tunis we needed a hotel on short notice and found this hotel on-line. Pictures looked really nice and price was reasonable. When we arrived we where welcomed in a friendly manner. The hotel on eyesight was nice, until we got to the room. There was a leak in the bathroom and the wifi was not working properly. When reporting this no action was taken other than they remarked we had brought our5 year old child with us, which we had reserved and they stated we had not paid for it. When checking the reservation we did, however we remarked that there was no bed for her, so sad if you arrange a bed we will of course pay extra. The bed never arrived so we slept with 3 in 2 small 1 person beds. The next day we decided our little girl would stay with her grandmother as it was not acceptable sleeping like this. On check out the receptionist demanded payment of 150 euro extra for the child. We stated that the child had not slept in the hotel for the past nights and that we had asked for a bed and it was not given. So we said if you really think you are right call the police. In the end he did not and we left. The room itself was not bad but very small, not very clean and no view at all. The bathroom was small and leaked. Our recommendation ....... avoid it.

  Good

  Actually i liked it. The most important thing is bed and pillow so i didnt faced any problem.breakfast is bad only. The staff was good also. Wifi also good. Before my trip i thought im going the worst hotel in the world.

  Very good

  One of the best hotels in tunis ... amazing staff ...amazing hospitality i never felt am in quarantine... they were super polite very professional food came on time the quality and the quantity deserves 5 stars ... the room is so cozy clean well maintained and disinfected... the staff kept on checking if I needed anything at all .... this place is amazing dnt hesitate to book ur stay ... my rating is 5 stars and this hotel is superb #saty safe
