  Genuinely hospitable hotel

  Spent a week at the hotel during a business trip. Our rooms were small but we only slept in them. There were bigger rooms and other accommodation options available at the hotel. The staff were the friendliest of any we encountered on our trip. Food in the restaurant was great. It is outside of Hamburg and probably too far to travel in each day if that is your destination but for us it was perfect located walking distance from shops and quite a few restaurants. We are likely to base ourselves here again on the next trip.

  All OK but the shower tried to cook me

  It is a nice hotel with good service, clean room, good bed, convenient although small bathroom including a tiny shower (Tokyo's shower cabins are bigger) and a voluptious breakfast starting at 6. WLAN was very fast so everything heading for a 4 star rating. HOWEVER the water in the shower kept changing - fortunately I kept it on the cool side because out of the sudden it got scorching hot!

  Spacious apartment hotel - ideal for longer stays

  I booked this hotel because it was recommended by my customer nearby. I got room 201 which is an apartment in the house next to the main building. While I expected a room (as booked) I was surprised to find a very modern and large apartment with 2 rooms. The living room lead to a nice outside sitting area. The bathroom is very spacious with a walk-in shower and a very charming modern atmosphere. What I liked - large size apartment - spacious bathroom with walk-in shower - modern and clean atmosphere - large comfortable beds for a good night sleep - good breakfast - good dinner in the restaurant with fair prices - large and free parking - free WiFi What I didn´t like - sausage at breakfast had already dry edges so seemed to be old - airport seems to be near so during the day planes are hearable - showerhead was cloaked and effected the shower feeling Stay there if you want a relaxing stay near Hamburg.

  Charming hotel

  Absolutely beautiful hotel with also nice restaurant. Rooms are very spacious, everything very new, lovely decoration. A bit far away from the city centre, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds are huge an fully comfortable. Perfect for resting and relaxing.

  Wonderful Hotel

  I was fortunate to stay in this wonderful hotel for 4 days while in the area on business. I stayed in the main house and there are other buildings for guests. The room on the second floor, was just right for one person, clean, tidy and warm with a very comfortable bed. Enough storage space for me to unpack my suitcase and hang shirts and trousers. Free wifi to all rooms as well. Breakfast buffet is on the ground floor, lots of amazing tasting bread, cheese, cold meat etc and a hot option of eggs and sausage. Just the thing after an early morning run. The restaurant is next door and the service and the food is fantastic. I was in need of vegetables, had a bowl of sprouts with dinner. The best thing about staying here, is that the staff are all lovely, exceptional customer service, really friendly and patient with a clueless Australian such as myself. A wonderful hotel, really pleased I was able to stay here and would do so again. Thank you.
