Clean and nice people
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting a few places after our week in Amalfi. Decided while in Amalfi we wanted to do a few Naples things(pompeii, Procida and Naples historic center) and I didn't feel like driving back and forth. This hotel was very inexpensive and there was a metro station right in front. From the outside it looks shabby, but mainly because of the buildings next to it. As soon as you walked in it's very nice. Many people said outdated but I think that it was just the style. It was clean, the rooms where cleaned very nice everyday. (First morning we left in a rush and the lady organized the room and our shoes, thank you). People at the desk helpful with directions and calling a cab to go to the harbor and airport. Way to the center was easy with the metro. Towels in the bathroom where big clean and fluffy. As mentioned in other reviews, no frills, but clean and nice people. Breakfast was simple but satisfying for us. There is a nice pub a few doors down which is convenient for dinner. Good deal for not a lot of money. I would not hesitate to stay there again for a few nights.

Not disappointed on my second stay here
I stayed here for 2 nights last year and did a repeat trip this year. Once again I was impressed with everything about this hotel. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable, welcoming and ideally located for the metro and, importantly for me, the stadio San Paolo. The room was well laid out with air conditioning, a mini bar, en-suite facilties and TV. The guy on reception remembered me from last year and was happy to print out my boarding pass for my return flight. Breakfast is a simple affair with coffee, juices, pastries and yoghurts available. There are a number of pizzerias nearby and you can drinks from the small bar in the hotel if you want. I stayed here on my own and am already planning my third visit next year. Be aware that this hotel is located in the Fuorigrotta region of Naples and is NOT in the centre of the city. This means that you are not staying in a tourist area and most people that I encountered do not speak English. For me this was an opportunity rather than a barrier as I enjoyed trying my Italian, which was appreciated by everyone I spoke to. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Great service!
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Gentleman at front desk is very helpful. Very close to the soccer stadium. Breakfast is simple, and good. The hotel is very clean. Area around the hotel. Not so nice. Hidden jem. I wiuld stay here again.

Nosotros lo cogimos un día de oferta. Por eso calidad-precio no hubo queja. Bastante viejo. El agua de la ducha apenas salía, no tenía fuerza y apenas salía caliente.Muy cerca de una estación, así que la localización buena

excellent customer service and nice hotel
excellent customer service check in and out front desk personnel are great. nice sweet type of breakfast for 4 euros, good and quiet rooms, good bed and nice balcony. had nice stay(1 night only) and will come again for sure and recommend as well
