  Hotel vindhy

  Firstly, i would like to say that name of Hotel is not mandakini palace.It's Vindhy Residency and restaurant.People are being misguided by the name mandakini palace via cleartrip as well as Hotel people. No lunch/dinner as cook not available for a day.stay was ok.You have been advertising small fridge is available in superior room.But no fridge is available in any room.Pick up from railway station was included in package.But no pick up.Altogether , i was cheated.

  Service cannot be worse then these

  Suman the manager is an opportunist. He cheated us in all respect by charging really high for such a bad room... Have booked cab but again there he cheated by telling lie in respect to the itinerary and service..cannot think that after boarding someone ask to pay extra for running A/C. Will not recomend anyone to stay in the hotle
