  Neat hotel, super helpfull and friendly staff

  We stayed here for a 5 day stay in Beirut. The room was really neat and clean. The staff was really helpfull in arranging a taxi driver for us, to have tours in Lebanon. The breakfast is a mix of European and Lebanese, you'll get used to it, it's really not that bad at all! The lady that organises the breakfast is adorable and really helpfull!

  Tiny room and dirty blood stained sheets!

  I came here with my friend we reserved a twin bed room for two they gave us a very tiny room that has no telephone no safe box,you either plug in the television or the refrigerator and the room's door opens from the outside and doesn't lock, the room is the only room that doesn't have a number on it's door which we found very odd.the sheets had a blood stain on them and the shower door handle had gum on it ,when we complained they said there was no other room available ,they offered to change the room the next day but we were too disgusted to stay another day so we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel the next day, all in all a very disgusting and bad experience

  Good location good staff

  I stayed in NY hotel for three nights. The best thing of this hotel is the location, the room was clean and breakfast was complete enough and it was served until 12. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  I do not recommend it

  The location is excellent Not suitable for families Service is bad The hotel is worth one star Some good staff like Mr. Rabie and Ali Housekeeping is bad The administration does not care about the guest Even after I complained to booking I did not receive any apology for what happened I do not recommend it

  Terrible hotel

  terrible hotel! ugly service. very dirty. the room smells good, gray damp bedding. all furniture is dusty, floor is dirty. the bathroom is uncomfortable, gray washed towels. breakfast is terribly meager, tasteless. very noisy in the hallway at night, it is impossible to sleep. the price does not match the quality of the hotel.
