  Muy malo pero debe ser el mejor

  Llevo visitándolo durante varias veces, en los últimos 3 años. Y la verdad que siempre esta igual de mal. Pese a que lo están reformando planta a planta durante el último año, el estándar de calidad es el mismo, muy bajo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El baño también, es más no hay ni plato de ducha, se recoge el agua en el suelo. Cuando te duchas se moja todo el baño, incluido el papel higiénico. La cama ni está hecha del todo, tienes que pone la sabana tú mismo. Esto debe ser costumbre local, según me dicen, pero en el hotel que frecuento en Sofia la cama está hecha completamente. Tampoco hay enchufes en la habitación salvo uno dentro del baño y una regleta detrás de la televisión. El desayuno es pésimo. Los elementos comunes son muy viejos. He de decir que el WiFi funciona habitualmente bien. Le he comentado varias veces al proveedor local al que vengo a visitar si hay uno mejor en la ciudad y me dice que el resto de sus clientes que como yo no le gusta el hotel se han cambiado a probar otros, han terminado volviendo a este. En España este hotel de 3 estrellas estaría entre un mal hostal y un albergue. No quiero ni pensar como serán el resto de la ciudad.

  Muy normalito

  La verdad qmi estancia fue corta solo de una noche(menos mal)pero necesita una reforma urgente de todo,parece una pensión y encima no te ponen ni las sabanas te las dejan para qtu las pongas y tampoco estaba muy limpio la verdad,para ser de 3*** deja mucho q desear en todo.no volveré a este hotel tan cutre

  Para no volver

  Si es el mejor de la ciudad, no volvere nunca mas a Pleven. Las habitaciones son viejas, algo sucias y la moqueta huele mal. El desayuno muy simple, el peor que hemos tomado en Bulgaria. Y en general en el pais, deben mejorar su caracter se o y algo antipático.

  Receptionist was very good and friendly. Smiled all the time. The room is nice, overlooking the city, historical location. Fridge and ac included. Very nice lobby. Souvenir soap. The room is well maintained and up to standard. Great for business trips.

  Not a clean one.

  The hotel has great location, thats the only plus. First of all the lady that checked us in had no clue how to create an invoice, thats quite important for a business trip. After it took us 10-15 minutes to check (after some travelling that counts for more time taken from your life) we went to the rooms they had prepared for us. They were small and cozy, but.. The mattress was old and uneven, the mini bar was unplugged from electricity (a few months ago, judging by the smell inside) although there were two bottles of water and three old bottles of juice, so its not a big deal. The walls are thin, you could hear the phone notification ringing from the room next door, so bye, privacy, my old friend. The bathroom wasnt really cleaned in quite some time, there was no sanitized sign, the shower was leaking, the towels smelled like they may have been washed.. once.. some time ago.. There was no hairdryer in the room, when we got one from the reception there was only one place in the room to plug it, next to the tv AND the refrigerator, which means you can choose the one you need most and use it (this includes charging your phone, laptop etc. ONE place to plug electronics in the DOUBLE room). The phone that could help you reach the reception desk, without going a few floors up and down wasnt working either, but thats like a free gym card included, isnt it? I understand Pleven is not a huge city, but this place should stand up to the standards of a FOUR STAR HOTEL IN THE CITY CENTRE.
