  Nice Economy Hotel

  We stayed there as guest for 2 nights when doing some visiting in area. The location is lots of things around to go eat and take in the sights and sounds. They were friendly and helpful. they had a ride outside to get you from place to place, close to big stores. downside was rooms were small and tight, but for only 20-30 usd they were expected. The location had a few working girls around, seems its popular hotel for some escorts. but its clean and not a bad stay. If you are expecting a more western hotel style this may not work for you, but for a quick stay , of a few days this is a good budget hotel with clean , and friendly staff.

  Trying Hard and Not Your Usual Filipino Hospitality

  Been checking-in many times in their different branches until a certain incident last night that made me realized never ever to enter Sogo Hotel anymore. Isnt this some kind of weird coincidence or some kind of deceiving sales and marketing strategies? Your Econo, Regular and Deluxe rooms are always not available. Courtesy call must be done at the convenience of the guest otherwise it depicts the purpose of your phone in the room if you will just ask them to call you even if youre the one with concern to them. Inconsistent and No-Nonsense Policy a. Joiners/additional guests or visitors there is always exception to the rule, this can be negotiated especially if the guest insisted and wont endanger the reputation of your company and lives of other guests. Would you say no to VIPs, Politicians, Celebrities and Dignitaries asking favor of access to their personal guests? I dont think so. b. ID for Verification any other option in case your guest or visitors dont have ID aside from saying No? In your EDSA, Guadalupe, Makati Branch they will say No as per Sogo policy which they cant even prove because according to Mr. Raymond Tamboong, it was verbally mentioned to him by his superiors. A policy and yet no hard copy as a proof? What if in case the guest verified the identity of the visitor isnt that enough? A visitor can also log his/her identity to your security while all of your CCTV cameras are taking their photos. You can also call the guest in their room if the visitor is leaving. Isnt this enough? Arent there any options which will both be beneficial to your company and the guests? c. Refund Policy no matter how small the amount but considering the humiliation, I do expect a refund, an apology and a sanction must be given to your incompetent staff handling my case. I havent use the room yet and to think all these dilemma happened to me and yet you have the audacity to forfeit my payment. d. Customer Service the attitude and the way your staff in EDSA, Guadalupe, Makati Branch handle my case speaks your poor training. This include handling of your social media accounts. From someone positioning themselves to be a hotel, clearly you are far beyond your dream.

  Great Place!

  Stayed here for 3 days. During the time that my flat is under renovation. Great deals and it feels like home. The staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended. Lastly, their food ? it's savory and very !

  A quick and great stay!

  Me and my aunt stayed in their deluxe room for just a few hours as we need a place to settle in after work for our early morning trip the next day. Location is convenient and easy to find. And as we look forward for a nice rest after a day's work, the place certainly didnt disappoint! Room is clean especially the bathroom which we are very particular of and has hot/cold shower! Great deal indeed! We recommend this place especially if you are living outside the metro and need a nice place to stay in for your next journey. Thank you to all the staff who accommodated us!

  Nasty

  We booked a room through hotel.com just to stay for a night because with had a late flight from our trip.First,,At check in they told us theres no available room that has 2 beds.Unbelievable!!! I already reserved and paid for a room that has 2 beds.At the end they find us the room that i reserved.Second, I have no idea that this hotel is mostly for those who like to have a quick sex.The room itself is updated but the towels,bedsheets and shower curtain is so dirty.Its like stains from the couples who used it,so nasty.They should provide new and clean towels.The washroom looks clean but smells like urine.We booked a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room.Our clothes smells when we checked out.Avoid this hotel unless you wants to have a quicky
