  A decent place

  I give this a string 3 to 3.5 rating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. My only complaint is the sewer smell that kept coming from the shower drain. They must not use plumbing traps that stop the gases coming up the sewer. I kept the bathroom door closed the bathroom window opened at all times. Those gases are dangerous. Also keep that bedroom windows cracked open a bit. Otherwise, fairly good experience.

  Disappointing Service

  I visited this place after like 9 month for a lunch with family. No wonder this used to be a place I appreciated earlier. I ordered Nepali Thali set $11, The restaurant servers werent hospitable. Once the food was served, none asked for more service. Most interestingly, the soup and snacks that had to come first never came, the menu said about rice wine which wasnt served either. Additional food service is asked in Thali sets normally but none did, we didnt need additional though. After I asked about the menu food not being served, the person didnt even bother to say sorry and as we were about to head out, the waiters came with soup and peanuts. This was horrible service. The restaurant was empty and it wasnt a busy day at all. No wonder the bank managers are humble but its the service at the end of the day that matters. I hope my feedback allows the management to be alert before customers say Not any more. I am extremely disappointed. Oh yes No black lentils as promised too.

  Great for workshops/visit to Godavari

  Hotel View Bhrikuti was the venue for some training workshops and they facilitated our stay very well. As accomodation, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable,and mine had a lovely view across the valley to Pulchowki. The food was good quality and with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didnt use it but the swimming pool looked clean and inviting. Vehicles are available for airport pickup or drop off. I expect it could be noisy with large groups staying, but there are forest walks nearby if you need some quiet!

  Interesting

  I have been to this hotel number of times and most recently in December. This is huge property with an extended wing to accommodate more people. They have big conference room and perfect for holding big meetings and events. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Required and good quality of amenities are part of it. However, I see there is enough room for improvement in the food quality, especially for meeting/conference packages.

  A good place for the getaway

  You will find the location on the way to Godavari Park. Being away from the hustle and bustle of city it's just what you need for a getaway. The location is just on the road and people might feel you'll be disturbed but it is actually quiet and feel like you want. Peace. There is a swimming pool as well which was clean. For child and non swimmers like me and for swimmers the pool is separated so easily one can enjoy the swimming. Foods are good. The Manager of hotel was really good enough and cooperative to manage our requests. Staffs were all welcoming and I was impressed with the hospitality provided by the hotel. We took one night stay package on BB Basis. The rooms are nice as well. I just wished that the Breakfast had more varieties. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.
