  Muy cerca del santuario, frente a un parque y cerca de bares y restaurants, limpio, no le sobra nada, pero es para estadias cortas, 1 o 2 noches, y bien atendido en forma personalizada. Es facil aparcar enfrente.

  Small hotel offering good value and friendly staff

  I arrived late on Easter Sunday evening due to a longer train journey than I had anticipated but was given a warm welcome by the person on reception. This is a small hotel overlooking the park and within a short walk of both the city centre and next to the shrine of St Bernadette. It is an older hotel and the size of the rooms reflect this to permit en-suite. My room was clean with free wifi and TV. I had a nice welcome and good breakfast. This is a good value hotel and with car-parking if required.

  So unhelpful!

  I booked to stay at this hotel through Booking.com. When I arrived at 3:30pm the hotel was closed. I called the Hotel and was told to call back later and they then hung up on me. One of our party is undergoing chemotherapy and was feeling unwell. We could not simply wait for the hotel to open (whenever that might have been) so we booked into the next hotel on the street and cancelled our booking. Despite explaining the above to the hotel they have chosen to charge me for the rooms we booked with no refund. Booking.com seem uninterested in stepping in to help. All very disappointing!

  Avoid at all cost

  The hotel may look decent from the outside, but this was a thoroughly disappointing experience on several counts. 1. Concierge walked into our rooms mid-day, without even knocking, for no good reason. Very alarming. When asked, she merely offered that she was checking inventory of which rooms were occupied, something she could have easily done by merely checking her reservation chart. This was just the first sketchy and worrisome behavior we witnessed. 2. Incredibly unhelpful hotel concierge, who looks like she is in total panic at all times. We made a simple request to have access to the coffee machine before our 6am departure and lo and behold, not only did she forget this request she had agreed to, but also locked the kitchen preventing us from retrieving about 30 euros worth of groceries. We left fuming. 3. My room -20- was a repurposed storage room, awkward in disposition and susceptible to patio noise at all times. 4. Auto shut-off light means you are either showering in the dark or like you are conducting the Berlin philharmonic. 5. On my last day, as I pulled out the sheet from being tucked under, I noticed an inexcusable blood stain as per attached picture. No comment. Judge for yourself. I am joining the chorus here in severely recommending against your stay here.

  Super Friendy

  The staff is very friendly and wants you to feel warm and welcome. The room is a little small for 4 people, but we were only there one night and in our room very little. The little gardens were charming and there was a park across the street that was nice to walk through. The property is conveniently located between the convent and the basilica, with plenty of options to eat within walking distance.
