  Wonderfull

  We stayed here with a family of five. Everything in this hotel was great. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning (way too early) but the reception staff was very friendly and rearranged some things so that we could have a room right away. Then before noon we already had the other two rooms. The bar is also very nice and you can see that the barman knows what he's doing. Every drink was made with passion and knowledge. We had breakfast every day and there was nothing bad to say about this either. You can order freshly cooked eggs and the buffet was always fully refilled and there were a lot of options. Also dinner was really great. There was a buffet every evening and there was a lot of variation every night. I'm not really a spa person so i can't say much about the wellness, but i had a quick at it and it looked even more wonderful than i had expected. The staff over the entire hotel was very friendly and knew what they're doing. You can see that this hotel is run by people who take a real intrest in client satisfaction.I really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

  Exceptional at all levels

  If you want to experience a true disconnect from your busy day to day life the Winkler Hotel delivers just that. Relax in luxury and experience the highest levels of service in an extraordinary setting. Together with my daughter (7yrs) I stayed at hotel Winkler for 7 days. During these days we did lot of activities, such as hiking, going up to Kronplats, viewing waterfalls etc. We also made proper use of all the facilities the hotel offers. The kids area with climbing wall, the gym and we also followed some yoga classes. The yoga classes were ran by Claudio Setti. We couldn't have been more fortunate. Claudio is very patient and gave me plenty of time to translate the exercises so my daughter would understand. He also showed and supported us in getting the maximum out of the sessions. Some of the lessons I still apply today (2 months later). My daughter loved it as well! She said that she felt really calm, made her relax and that she overall really enjoyed it. Although some of the yoga sessions were early morning she was so enthusiastic about it that she had no problems getting out of bed. She also enjoyed the kids club. Staff were very friendly, really paid attention and cared for the children. Initially I had no intention of having my daughter attend the kids club, but one day I wanted to golf and we agreed she could go. Upon return she wanted to go again the next day! A big thank you to the complete staff of Hotel Winkler. The service and kitchen are outstanding, the staff on the front desk, spa, and cleaning the hotel are very attentive, always ready to help you with a smile. Planning to return in 2020 for sure!

  Incredible place!

  This hotel does exactly what it says on the box! Its one of the first luxury style hotels we have stayed at that we couldn't fault. Nothing broke, everything worked, there were no hidden extras, the food was amazing and the services, staff and location simply incredible. It was our first time and we are heading back as soon as we can. I find it quite rare to find a hotel that takes all the stress away as soon as you enter. You immediately feel yourself relax as everything is taken care of. The sauna, cold pool and common areas are all fantastic too. I write very few reviews, but this one is worth writing.   Claudio Setti Method

  I booked a 6 day method with Claudio and ist was a really great experience. Every yoga session, massage and other treatments have been a real pleasure and have been finally changed my feeling getting mind, spirit and body in symbiosis. Mille grazie Claudio & the Winkler Team

  Great hotel, great staff, great welness

  It's the second time that we stayed in this hotel and the second time that we really loved it. The reception team is very friendly and knows what it's doing. We called very late to ask for a twin room in stead of a double room and regardless that is was a bit difficult, they managed to give us the twin room which we are very thankful for. The food was also very great. The barman (Tobias) is a real asset to the bar and the hotel. You can see that he is passionate about his job and really makes a difference for the bar. I don't need to talk about the wellness and spa, you very well know that it's wonderful and very beautiful. The entire hotel is something to be proud of and it's very clear that it's run by people who are passionate about the hotel business. You will definitely see us again next year!
