  Hemos reservado la habitación por internet sin conocer absolutamente nada de este hotel y sólo puedo decir que todo ha sido muy bueno: buena la atención del personal, buena la habitación con buen cuarto de baño. Y muy buena la ubicación en nuestro camino a Escocia. Volveré.

  Very handy location to where I was working Large and spacious rooms with large shower and decent water pressure for a good shower Staff where always cheerful For me, I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, not too bad, but could do with a mattress topper Also the TV is really small

  Might as well sleep on a rock!

  Booked this as a last minute thing. Location was handy for Knutsford town centre. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and were there 24/7 if needed. Room spacious and appeared clean. Although the bathroom wasn't great. Toilet looked like it needed a good bleaching and towels looked like they'd seen better days! The bed, if that's what you can call it, was absolutely awful. It was ridiculously hard and very uncomfortable. The 2 of us barely slept all night and our backs were so sore this morning. If the rating was based on the bed I'd give it zero. But due to the lovely staff I've given it a 2 star

  Flying visit

  One night only, one night too long. Staff at reception great, warm and friendly. Room was freezing on arrival, cheap price cheap room. Bed was horrible really firm, pillows were also hard and not inviting. I wont be staying here again.

  Price lead my bad choice

  Ws quoted £47.50 for a night at this hotel on the M6. A good £20 cheaper than Premier inn & Travelodge. What a mistake! All seemed ok to start with but the toilet had poo in it, obviously not cleaned. The sofa bed was a rickety thing not suitable for an adult. The mattress on the double bed was about 3" thick, there was one pillow each. The shower leaked, the screen might as well not be there. We were shocked to find no kettle in the room! So couldn't even make a cuppa when we got up. We wish we had not stayed here as none of us slept as it was far too uncomfortable. We will not stay again. Premier inn all the way!
