Lots of Improvements and replacements Needed.Lots of things in the hotel are greying and worn, thus need replacement. The curtains are greying, the very small TVs in rooms should be replaced and channels enhanced. The floor carpets are getting worn out.

The worst hotel experience ever!This was the absolute worst experience ever. If I could give no star, I would. From the entrance, the facility looked poorly maintained with highly unprofessional staff, when we checked into the room, it was so disgusting, it looked like a rodent haven, I couldn't even put my bag on the table, that's how best I can describe it. It reflected the sheer lack of maintenance and the lack of attention to detail. We immediately requested for a refund and left the premises. It was such a horrifying experience because we were just arriving from a very long flight. Ibis hotel needs to be shut down!!!

Quality continues to drop. No changementIf you are very resistant to allergies and not looking for cleanliness then it is okay for one night. There is not a good maintenance of the carpet. The management of employees is not great, which affects the quality of service. Too often there are products missing even though they are mentioned on the menu. I have been staying there for 3 years and definitely I will make an effort to look elsewhere. This is hotel is recommended for those who do not know where to go for the same price and who have afraid of missing their plane ...

Good location, great staff, needs maintenance.Good location, great staff, needs maintenance. Pool not functional, facade needs painting, etc. You would have the impression it was once a very good hotel and still has a great potential of returning to same.

Very OkI enjoyed my stay way better and cheaper than the ibis in ikeja. quite interesting and fun. could do with a lot of refurbishments but all was good. value for money. I think I should be coming back here.

You will fill nature hereThe place is really good, everything here is perfect. I really fil nature here , the artwork, the tress everything is just so nice . The furniture of this place is work I like most , I will like to visit here more often. Ibis hotel is the best hotel so far I have been to in Lagos

Id rather title it home alone, as the only time I ventured to order food, the phone rang but it wasnt answered.Im highly disappointed and overwhelmed with the state of disrepair; no doubt the location is excellent in terms of proximity to the international airport, but a lot still needs to be done in rehabilitation of the hotel The staffs are very ok dutiful and large space for other uses

Disappointed with our stay. below ibis standards compared to dubaiHospitality standards from the staff is poor, lack of emotional intelligence, lack of empathy for the guest. I have never seen where a guest would need to go down to the reception in front of other guests to give his laundry for dry cleaning!!!totally weird. Front office agent Moses needs to undergo more training on how to greet the guest and body language usage when in front of a guest . We are paying, so your staff needs to learn how-serve with courtesy. Your room service staffs are bringing their card machines inside the room to plug to the socket and charge it before taking payment???? Wasting our time till our food got cold and unenjoyable! Even after telling her to come back for the payment so as to eat on time, she directly declined like we were going to run away without paying. Phones are not working properly, when ordering I was told to speak louder couple of times till I started shouting on top of my voice. Total wasted night

Poor poor poor serviceThe hotel staff are not well trained in particular Efe, Joy and Nancy on the front desk. After many attempts back and forth to contact the hotel to book a shuttle pick up from the airport with the names above telling me (very rudely and nonchalantly the hotel did not offer a shuttle service which is false since this service is clearly stated and advertised on the hotels websites and all booking platforms) I eventually got through to the front desk manager Mary, who told me the shuttle was booked BUT, I was still NOT PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT! My flight was a late arrival and I specifically requested and booked the shuttle pick up for safety and security reasons only to still be left stranded by this hotel on my arrival at the airport. On getting to the hotel several hours later after struggling to find an alternative pick service at that very late arrival hour rather being apologetic and offering basic customer service for the complete shambles the hotel had left me in, Joy specifically was still extremely rude and nonchalant and still arguing with me that the hotel does not have a shuttle service!!! This really is not acceptable, your staff needs to be either trained on the services your hotel offers and generally on good customer service etiquette or these services (including the airport shuttle) needs to be removed from hotel descriptions and websites. Leaving your guests stranded and being unapologetic about it is simply not acceptable!!!

ExcellentWe had a nice time with my family and it wasnt our first time we have been using it for years and never regretted it.Their hospitality is good and great sense of humor from their staff is what keeps me using Ibis
