  Excellent!

  Very pleasant clean air conditioned room with a balcony and good views. Nice swimming pool surrounded by a garden. Free off road locked parking. Breakfast generally good, but only get offered one coffee. Restaurant reasonably priced and good quality, house red wine excellent. Overall very good value for money.

  A great hotel and restaurant

  We visited with my parents and has a lovely stay. The hotel was much better that imagined and the restaurant was fantastic. My father was really happy as fish was supplied from lago Di Varano where my father used to fish and a young man.. Claudio was exceptional in food recomendations and managed to get a large fish for out last night. The location was perfect and a good base to explore the area. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Will be back next year. Thanks to all for a lovely time.

  simple accommodation. great restaurant

  Simple room in separate building. Comfortable and clean with air conditioning. Bathroom needed slight maintenance Good sized pool in lovely garden setting. Children's facilities.Ample parking. Very good restaurant. Good value stay.

  Great place to stay whilst exploring

  Spent one night here whilst exploring the Puglia region. It is a great little place - very quiet and has everything you need here - do not expect lots though - it is very simple - but at a great price! Within a 5/10 minute walk you are at the beach which is nice for a quick swim, there are a few shops so that you can get some items! I would definitely recommend the restaurant especially the Pizza - it was amazing! Did not use the pool - but looked nice! Would definitely stay here again when exploring Puglia!

  Highly disappointed!!

  We choose this place due to the good reviews found on booking and TripAdvisor. We stayed in this place for 4 nights. They claim themself as a hotel while they are a kind of camping-bungalow service resort. Unless you are not a family or if you are here to relax this is not the right place for you. If you have the bad luck to have neighbors with children you will suffer due to a lot of noise, there is practically no acoustic isolation between the rooms. I can hear people talk normally in the other room, just think about what else you can hear. When we went to complain due to neighbors with children that were not allowing us to rest/sleep properly their answer was: "but there are only two couples with children close to you, how much noise they can make?"...no words. Between services, they claim the Wi-Fi....seriously? are you joking? The signal is terrible!! They have free wifi with a captive portal that doesn't work at all, maybe it could work only if you go close the reception...and I repeat (MAYBE). Ridiculous!! I'm giving 2 stars only thanks to the swimming pool, maybe the only good choice of the property of this hotel, but I would never come back or suggest this place to anyone.
