  Hotel buena relacion calidad/precio

  El Hotel en general nos ha sorprendido gratamente,buena relacion calidad/precio,habitacion tipo apartamento bien equipada y limpia. Lo unico que no nos ha gustado es tener que pagar por el Aire Acondicionado,en la reserva que hicimos no lo especificaba pero es un precio razonable 5 dia. Por lo demas Hotel cerca de la playa de facil acceso y recepcionista educado sin ser muy simpatico pero correcto.

  I highly recommend

  Hello, Me and my family stayed for 7 nights here and had a half board (breakfast and dinner). The maisonette superior was spacious enough to host four persons was nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed very, very much the food there, both the meals included in the package and the "a la carte" menu in the restaurant. The offer of the food for the meals included in the half board was varied with good choices every day. If we were to choose one thing that we liked the most was the staff. They were not only professional, helpful and nice, what you would expect, but very friendly. All this considering the current situation due to Covid-19. The only drawback would be that the hotel is not exactly by the beach and wright on the main street which may be a bit noisy, but to get to the beach you just have to walk 5 minutes. It was difficult to decide to go on vacation under the current circumstances, but we loved Crete. Thank you guys at Indigo Inn for making our stay in Crete such a wonderful one!

  Staff here are exceptional friendly , professional and nothing too much trouble. Rooms are stylish, and spotlessly clean,hotel has a relaxed vibe food well presented and good quality, recommend 100 percent would return without hesitation

  Absolutely brilliant hotel. Fantastic staff and management position is first class room spotless near everything front bar was really good. Five mins walk to the beach and also the entertainment. Really impressed

  All inclusive service (dissapointed) :(

  We were so excited to visit Creta for first time (August 2019), so we chose Hotel Indigo Inn. It was nice and clean, rooms and other places were similar as in the picture. Unfortunately that was the worst all inclusive ever. Breakfasts and dinners the same every day (Greek has great cuisine, not only greek salad), for lunch you could choose between two things. But most of all, drinks!! Every time I went from beach to the hotel bar, I had to wait few time that bartender came. And than I was not allowed to take two drinks, only one. Greek Ouzo was not included in their drinks.We definitly paid too much for this service, +you have to pay extra for air conditioner and deckchair. They have great pool, but after 7 p.m. it is closed, so we didnt use it at all. If you still want to come in this hotel, take only breakfast and dinner. I really don't want to sully anyone, but I was really dissapointed. We had better time in Djerba for half less money.
