  Excellent and friendly customer service, perfect / close location to city centre, tasty breakfast and reasonable prices!

  Thank you so much to the helpful, friendly and always happy to help staff at this hotel. Breakfast was very tasty with a great variety to meet many tastes, including Ukrainian; location was very close to all the sightseeing spots, and room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend and will certainly return here again if travelling to L'viv!

  HOTEL IN CENTER OF LVIV, UKRAINE

  It was a long hard drive from Kamianets-Podilskyi to Lviv and when we got there the traffic was terrible. When we located the Hotel Jam there was no place to park or even stop the car. Luckily we spotted another hotel with an underground garage. They agreed to let us park there for two nights for 1,120 UAH. We then dragged our luggage two blocks in the rain and found the entrance to Hotel Jam in an alley. Our room was nice enough and there was an elevator. The hotel served an included breakfast in the basement and the location was very good for exploring the city.

  Basic, simple (but clean) accommodation - in the city centre

  We arrived in Lviv at 11.30am by train from Kiev and the hotel check-in time was 2pm so check-in process was completed but our room wasn't ready hence we were able to leave our bags there and visited the place of interest. After lunch we returned to the hotel for taking bags into room to settle down. Such helpful reception team - thanks. The hotel is located in the city centre with most sightseeings within walking distance however on the disappointing note, the locals didn't immerse amongst tourists within the city centre because the prices in most restaurants / bars / cafes are, although quite below the Western level, however hugely priced out for the locals. More could be done enabling locals and tourists to mix togethe in these places. Breakfast - just average, you need to order the cooking method (i.e. fried, boiled, scrambled or omlette) of eggs the day before by just filling in small form and handing in at the reception - absolutely no issue for me at all. The bread provided - so too dry and not that fresh unfortunately. A good value for money - will definitely return in the future.

  Good location

  I cant find the hotel at first. Because the entrance is inside. But This hotel was good location and modern room. I received good hospitality from the front staff. The parking is a little bit fir. This price was 100uah. 100uah
