  Spacious deluxe room and great counter service

  I was staying in the Deluxe King room for 2 night and I love everything about the room except the carpets. The room is spacious, it has 2 ceiling to floor windows which gives you a nice view and from my room, I can even see the beautiful sunrise. Unfortunately, the carpets in the room is old, dirty & not well maintained. The bathroom however is clean & the water pressure is good. There is a bar/club at attached at the lobby but you can't hear much music from the rooms so that's a great point. The front counter staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. 7-evelen is just next door so that's super convenient. Just a down-side to this hotel is the limited parking up front. The staff said there are more parking at the back of the hotel but seems a bit dodgy if you reach hotel at night. Overall, a decent place to stay in at a really affordable price.

  Average Stay

  Hotel is clean, but the room itself only consist with one power outlet this is really weird, also only 2 x pillow is provided. Breakfast is average i would say. Location wise is okay, got few convenient store & eatery nearby.

  The good: 1. Central location; easy access to Jalan Tebrau 2. 7-11 Convenience store downstairs 3. Clean rooms 4. Big restroom; stayed in a family room To improve: 1. Breakfast pricing and offerings; mediocre not worth it 2. More TV channels

  Clean and basic hotel

  Hotel is clean and basic. Staff service was alright, not particularly outstanding. We stayed in their standard room and deluxe room. Standard room has no fridge and slightly smaller. Deluxe room has a fridge which totally not cold, and separate shower and toilet area. Not worth it to pay extra for the deluxe room. Basic toiletries like toothbrush, one shower cap and shower gel, shampoo is provided. Towels and pillow limited to 2 per room, but u can request for extra pillow. No hand towel or other amenities (comb, sanitary bag) provided. Water pressure and temp is good. Wifi is slow, small tv. Some room has smoking smell, though non smoking floor. Didnt try the restaurant. They have a 7-11 beside which is the added plus point. Need to drive out for food or other activities. KSL about 5-10 mins drive. For the price, it is a very basic hotel.

  Just OK

  Quite mediocre. Furnishing neither classic nor contemporary. A lot mismatch wall hanging mirror, to old fashioned table with a flower vase out of nowhere. Fridge/chiller will get your drinks chilled after 1 day. Called reception to replace, was rebuked saying its a chiller so thats how its suppose to be. Oh, sorry for being dumb. Its alright, Ill have my chilled drink after 1 day. Asked for additional towels, was not given. Wooden flooring, sticky and oily. Not cleaned well, or the flooring was just old. Room air conditioning just ok, placement near entrance door doesnt help as our beds were placed far inwards. Best look elsewhere.
