  Danish Island holiday

  Fine place But Corona cut the opportunity for food Only take away - micro heated But there was A kitchen in the Room and we made our own Comfy Room old fashion but right for the hotel Pool was not clean but again not possible to use during covid

  Not worth the money....

  The place is really a low level place, with teriable rooms, where in our room the drain in the bathroom didn't work and one lamp was broken. The place is old and the rooms are not up-to-date. The breakfast is simple and there are missing things. We tried the cake-table and they quick ran out of cakes, and they did not replaced most of it. We will never return and will never again waste time and money on Rømø.

  Do not go there

  The worst tourist trap you can imagine. Room, cleaning, and food was terrible. I am not going to go further into the details on these matters. Waiters were kind enough but stressed and thereby their service was slow. Probably because it seemed as if they were understaffed in all areas. The people at check-in were nice and helpfull. At check out we experienced the most rude person I have ever met in any kind of a service environment. She was just unkind and her rude behavior involved going at her co-workers as well as us customers The Two guides on the two excursions were talented and told us great stories while they guided us safely through the whole experienc

  Disappointing

  There is no correlation between the price and quality... The food is very disappointing, it was a buffet and the food was not kept warm enough, and the vegetables are just like something I would buy frozen from the local supermarket, overcooked and cold. When we complained the food was not what was advertised on the website they did apologize and offered to cook something new, so no complaints there. The restaurant is very much like a cafeteria, not very cozy at all. The rooms are very basic, and not what we expected from the pictures on the website. The most worrying thing was the waitress washing the tables down one by one using the same cloth (no disinfectant) but when we pointed it out, she went behind the bar and brought out a bottle of disinfectant ( bit worrying that it needed us to point out the discrepancy in these corona times)

  Cozy Weekend Getaway

  We stayed here in late Jan 2021, as a birthday getaway. We had purchased a package deal on spotdeal, which included an Oyster Safari and an Eagle Safari, as well as food. The package was adjusted a little due to the Corona restrictions. We were given the option to stay in one of the water facing cabins, which we gladly took. The cabins are not large, but are cozy, with a fireplace and kitchen, as well as a bathtub. The cabin was clean and bed was very comfortable. We were able to get firewood from the hotel. The couch was rather old and worn down, but everything was in working order. The food was delivered to the cabins, as COVID-19 has the restaurants closed. The food was ok. It was definitely edible, although not spectacular. We found the personnel at the hotel to be very friendly, and the guides who did the Amber tour and the Oyster tour were very knowledgeable, nice and welcoming.
