  Si bien opino que es muy buen hotel no creo que valga la pena por su valor , es el hotel más caro que he pagado y puedo asegurar que conozco muchos , tiene hermosa piscina , estacionamiento , Internet, pero está un poco lejos del centro 15 minutos caminando pero el camino es muy peligroso , no hay lugar para los caminantes los autos te pasan casi tocándote , con respecto a las habitaciones son calurosas a pesar del aire acondicionado, el personal jerárquico no es bilingüe si bien es muy amable a lo sumo te puedes comunicar en español con alguien de Sudamérica que este haciendo una pasantía . Demasiado caro , no vale la pena según mi humilde opinión .

  Muy buen hotel, un poco de lujo.

  Estuvimos solo una noche en este maravilloso hotel, pero la sensación desde el principio fue óptima. Buen restaurante, habitación muy bonita, jardín privado con jacuzzi, y una piscina y jardines bastante pacíficos, ideal para encontrar un oasis de relax en Saint-Tropez. En general bastante bueno.

  CATASTROPHE

  The hotel is very beautiful, well located and its very sad I have to write such review. No wifi for 2 days at the hotel meanwhile I complained 5 times at the front desk, the manager (not aware of the situation at all) fixed it for the next day. No Piña Colada with a staff incapable of providing me solutions (once again had to talk to manager that told me they will go get coconut milk) No refill of water in the room. They leave you the empty bottles! Had to ask everyday for new water in the room. Also the cleaning is border line, one day they didnt even clean the patio (picture attached) Wrote an email to Relais Chateaux quality service that send me their biggest apologies. Thank you but that will definitely not bring me back to ANY relais Chateaux. Went to Villa Marie and La Tartane for the rest of our stay and the service was DAY&NIGHT compare to La Bastide.

  Not Worth the Money very Old and not enough staf

  We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we booked with a short notice so the price was higher than normal but we paid a 1500.00 per night for this hotel whith a very smal room you had to shower in the bath tub the staff is friendly but defenetly there is to less staf. Breakfast is overpriced and includes only a little eggs they can not cook a egg properly. Everything is old I like St Tropez a lot and I will go back but I would not suggest to go to this really overpriced hotel . They also tried to over charge we booked for. 3 people and they send after the booking an email I need to pay 100.00 extra per night for the extra bed . After sending my booking booking.com wrote me with hotel I did not need to pay this and with check in they confirmed i did not need to pay this . When we checked out they charged us again 200.00 for the extra bed . Never again

  Disappointing

  Im caught. Id wanted to stay in this hotel for many years. Its got a great location near town, its prettiness promises an oasis of calm and serenity past the gates. But they let me down. Yes, its got a nice pool, bigger than all but Ch Messardiere, and a spa but no gym bar two cardio machines out in the open (32 degree heat). The rooms are of course small but when have you ever stayed in a 5star hotel with no coffee or tea making facilities? The shower is in the bath and is so small you cant be taller than 57 to get your head under it and your feet are quite close together so that when you stoop with your eyes closed to rinse your hair, youre in danger of losing your balance. Then theres room service which is a choice of 3 very expensive things (eg truffle risotto 38) when all you want is the staple hamburger or club sandwich. Breakfast is no better. Again, reassuringly expensive (30 a head) but because of Covid theres no buffet so you have the 30 and are given 1 small croissant, 1 small pain au chocolate, 1 toast, 1 yogurt and eggs. Im sorry but they may be on half measures but it should then be half price. During Covid I've seen people given, a faintly ridiculous, 6-7 pastries at other hotels a la carte. Greedy? Yes - but not illegal. Lastly, the management. Masks-and not enforcing them. If Senequier and 1-2 beach clubs are closed down, so can hotels be. On several occasions people were not waring them in the foyer. When we show our respect by wearing masks, they should have the fortitude to stand up and say "Im sorry about the rules but if you cant comply Im obliged to ask you to leave". So overall nice staff but weak management and very poor value.
