  Excelente relación calidad-ubicación.precio

  Todo muy bien! Las habitaciones muy confortables y muy buena la atención. La ubicación es inmejorable: enfrente de la estación de trenes y a un paso del mar. Varios lugares para comer en as cercanías. Realmente nos sorprendio Saint Raphael!

  Sweet simplicity

  Excellent location. Easy to find, close to station but no train noise. Basic room but sunny, clean & good value. Small lift. Close to some great places to eat. French, so no kettle..this is how they keep the cafe culture going!

  Great location... Excellent value

  I booked a three night stay... with a single room... the room was a very good size for a single... the room faced the street, was bright with a very modern bathroom... it was very quiet, with excellent double glazing... so no noise from the traffic junction outside. The room also had very good air conditioning... The staff were friendly and polite... the breakfast area is part of the ground floor rear lobby area, small, but perfect... the breakfast choice was moderate, but with more than enough choice... coffee very good.. The hotel reception closes at ten o'clock they told me... and you are given a code for the door entry after that... worked fine... although I did notice the reception closed a little before ten on the days i was there... overall, well worth a visit.

  Lovely quiet hotel....

  This is my second visit to this hotel... The street entrance is a single door, with a small reception area and breakfast area located on the ground floor... with the rooms located from the first floor upward... The staff are friendly and polite, and multi-lingual.. The breakfast choice is moderate, but has everything you'd need to start the day. The Hotel is only minutes from the train station, and minutes from the harbour. The windows are double glazed, rooms have modern decor and modern clean bathrooms. Also, very nice room air conditioning... Overall, worth a visit for a very reasonable price.

  Price and location good.

  I stayed here four nights from Friday 20th. I arrived at 1400 to be told that my room was not ready and that I needed to come back at 1600 for my check in. Although the receptionist was polite I felt the welcome to be rather frosty as if it was an inconvenience for her to accommodate me. I got the key to my room and used the stairs as I was on the floor above ground level. There is a lift but you need to climb some steps to access it so not very disabled friendly. The room was compact but clean and adequate for one person though it would have felt cramped if I were not alone. I tried to use the safe in the room but the instructions I was given did not work so I didnt bother. The bed was a good sized double, comfortable with good bedding. The television was too small to be of any use and had no English language channels. The room lacked a fridge which I would have appreciated especially as the weather was hot. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a walk in shower. The shower was very powerful so the shower door did not stop water escaping and each time I showered the bathroom floor was soaked. The towels were good quality and changed daily. I would consider returning but for the following issues. Each morning at 05:30 there was an almighty crash followed by a series of bangs like a door being slammed downstairs. The whole room shook from the noise so even ear plugs would be futile. Then it went quiet until 06:00 when someone else would arrive downstairs, presumably to prepare the breakfasts. The people talked at full volume and the slamming noises would recommence. If I was on a higher floor maybe I wouldnt have been disturbed but thats not the point. Anyone working that early needs to be considerate of those trying to sleep, after all this is a hotel. The other reason I would not return is the late check in at 16:00 especially as you have to vacate the room before 11:00 otherwise you will be charged for an extra night. Ridiculous!
