  Mucho más que un hotel

  Hay hoteles buenos, excelentes y luego el Le Meridien de Shanghai, Minhang. Habitaciones amplias lujosas con encanto. El baño amplio moderno con una gran bañera y una ducha separada perfecta. Todo muy limpio La cama amplia muy cómoda todo con una bonita decoración. El desayuno muy bueno buena calidad variado y todo muy limpio. Todo el hotel es perfecto. Hotel Junto a una ciudad milenaria imprescindible de visitar. El metro se encuentra a 5 minutos andando y puedes llegar al centro en 15 20 minutos. Dispone de un restaurante español el cual está amenizado por un guitarrista genial Antonio Guitar un gran artista, el menú bueno aunque no sean platos muy españoles, la calidad es muy buena. Pero si el hotel es más genial es por su directora Janet una persona que es fuera de lo normal, nuestro viaje coincide con el tema del corona virus y en medio de esa crisis aparece la figura de Janet, directora del hotel, una persona que nos ayudó en todo. Soluciono nuestro problema incluso proporcionándonos mas ayuda de la que podríamos esperar. Es una de esas pocas personas que en los momentos más complicados responde de una forma espectacular. Un hotel genial dirigido por alguien excepcional.

  Excellent service and fabulous food. They are fantastic with children and accommodate their needs. One of our children only likes plain pasta and they never charge. The staff go out of their way to make your experience as good as possible.

  An Experiential & Memorable Visit To An Excellent Hotel

  A half day visit to the hotel to participate in activities and dinner event. Firstly, thumbs up for a very warm welcome by the hotel's team. I was sorry to have missed the Coffee Tasting & Briefing by Illy Coffee which I heard was very interesting. However, the next activity for painting the Year of Cow figurine was really exciting and fun, under the tutorship of a most patient :-)) and dedicated resident master artist. The evening culminated in cocktail while watching a passionate flamenco performance by a Spanish Trio dance group. After settling in for dinner at Sibarita, we were treated to a sumptuous authentic Spanish cuisine, semi buffet and ala carte. Of course, whilst tucking in the variety of Spanish spread in the buffet, we continue to enjoy the Spanish Trio's performance adding to the whole atmosphere of fun filled evening. It was a totally enjoyable evening with such warm hospitality, excellent meal, and the friendly team in the hotel from General Manager, Head of Sales and her team to the Restaurant Manager and his team. Indeed, they embody and personify true hospitality which is lacking nowadays in luxury hospitality industry. Kudos to the General Manger and her team for being creative and innovative whilst maintaining high standards and expectations of luxurious services and products. As an event planner and venue search finder provider, we are highly confident and assured to place our top clients in this hotel for any stay, events, meetings or conference.

  A great staycation!

  Very good option for a family staycation and get away from daily hustle and bustle! Room design is very original and hotel is about art... they do have an art gallery inside the hotel featuring chinese artists, great to stop by! In the meantime we also quite like their spanish restaurant, very different from the traditional hotel restaurant and offering fine cuisine

  A big Thanks to Judy Chen. You really win my heart

  Le Meriden Minhang is always on my top list when i travel to Shanghai, specially on the last few trips i have run into the familar face like Jasmine and Judy. Service is in this hotel is alway above the standard compare with other similar level of the hotels , Since i was enter to China from July 26 th and have no flight back to Bangkok until 2 days ago (Jan 22 nd) so i stay in many properties include the Park Hyatt. Shangrila, Hilton and off course Marriott for nearly 180 days. The main reason that I like this hotel is all becasue the service here are really make me feel like i am belong to here, and also the design of the hotel. But the only thing i can not understand was on my last visit, Right after i check in to the hotel, i went down to order a cup of the Latte before i go on to my conference call. I enter to the restaurant which they use as a lounge to service the member on the same time a genterman also enter and sat next to my table, I was a little bit uphappy when they serve me a warm latte which was out from the kitchen and on the same time they have make a hot latte from the bar for that genterman just a min after me,, i dont understand why your property have different service standard on same latte, As an ambassador status, this is first time for me to run in to this, so I just walk away from the restaurant. Back to the room i have called the operator to collect my shirst for the ironing, and I was surpsise to have Judy to received my call which I know her for quite some time, we have chat on the phone, and I was surpsise to see her when she personaly bring me a very hot latte to my room becasue she know i alway like to have few cups of hot latte during the day,, Once again, I really want to said a big Thanks to Judy and this is the detail of the service that really make the guest feel warm and also one of the reason to make us want to stay here on the next trip, even we have other good choice, I hope from my next trips in your property, we can all see the same standard service
