  Hotel Correcto - Habitaciones mejorables

  El hotel se puede catalogar de correcto. Pasamos una noche en el hotel en régimen de media pensión. Es un edificio alto con un gran hall de entrada. Las habitaciones podrían estar más limpias. Los desayunos y cenas en el hotel son bastante básicos. Cerca del mismo hay opciones para comer/tomar algo. La entrada al hotel y los alrededores parecen seguros, con bastante aparecamiento en la puerta y guardas de seguridad. Solo es recomendable a buen precio.

  hotel con vistas buenas pero ....

  Hola, la localisacion del hotel y con vistas espectaculares , sin embargo , despues de una larga noche celebrando mi boda, volvimos al hotel sobre las 06h30 bien agutados, mi mujer con el vestido de boda , no nos dejaron pasar a la habiatcion por no llevar su documento de identificacion , al menos llevamos el Acto de matrimonio , bueno es la ley pero siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas podia entender que se podia pasar a la habitacion al menos el momento que algun familiar nos lleva el dicho documento al hotel para dejarlo en hotel , por desgracia tuvimos que esperar hasta las 7h30 para poder pasar a la habitacion tan agutados y cansados , bueno mi opinion que los leyes existen eso si pero hay que poner flexibilidad a la hora de tratar con cliente sobre todo una noche tan especial. porque creo que no llevare un chica asi por asi vestida de ropa de boda para pasar una noche roja complicandome el acceso a la habitacion.   Average hotel

  Probably a 2 star hotel and would not have been our choice of hotel to be honest. We stayed here as part of an organised Moroccan tour which the tour operator hadn't given us the name of the hotel prior to our stay. Because we were on the tour, we were given the basic room type with a buffet style meal which was edible. I'm afraid that's all I can say about the place apart from I'm glad we only had one nights stay.

  Moved in the middle of our dinner

  No one to show us our table, When we sat at the table we were moved in the middle of our dinner.saying there was another group coming. Waited till closing time we were the only people. The shower had brown water coming from it. Thank god it was one night.

  Average hotel with bugs

  Stayed here as part of a group. The rooms in this hotel are average, not worth the 4 stars advertised and they have a problem with the light - all the hallways are pitch black. What completely ruined the experience for us were the bugs that we spotted both in the room and the dining area!!! The food selection for breakfast and dinner was very limited with low quality products. Visit the terrace at the 11th for a beautiful view over the city and the surrounding mountains.
