  Exceptionally beautified with simplicity and showcasing the true spirit of hospitality. This place will be your rejoice in the most occupied schedule. The staff from the doorman to the authorities are absolutely courteous and available for any call. I would like to mention Shariq, Abdullah, Santosh are a few names that I still remember even after my return are Jems to the property and highly recommended to deal with. Ive been back to the city after a decade for a short trip of a wedding with my family and boy were we pleased? That shouldnt even be a question. Absolutely happy to take my family for this small vacation. It was indeed a great decision to choose lebua over any other five star property. Its centralised and easily commutable to Railway station and airport. You cannot regret staying at this bungalow turn hotel. It got the charm of the rustic beauty that the city is known for without being overdone. Pouring just the right amount of charm with love. Hoping to explore other avenues for the name.   Visit to Lebua

  It is a lovely heritage property present in the heart of Lucknow.... but still so serene and peaceful.... full of greenery and flowers.........gives a royal Nawabi feel...... thoroughly enjoyed our stay out there... one of the staff Abdullah was specifically very courteous.... However l think food items were priced too high and rates should be more reasonable....

  Wonderful stay

  I stayed with my 2 friends in the hotel , it is a beautiful property with a very spacious patio , rooms are hygienic and provide a good range of amenities , the staff is courteous - especially the housekeeping staff which came in to our an extra bed late night , I dnt remeber the name of the guy , he was very professional and made the room comfortable to sleep , highly recommended the hotel . Breakfast in the morning has a good spread specially the kulcha Nihari .

  Amazing Fun

  We had a great time at the Lebua Lucknow. Great experience right from booking to check out. Super hospitality, tasty food , lovely ambience prompt service by housekeeping as well as restaurant and room service. Thanks to all the personnel Mr. Prashant,Mr.Abdullah , Mr. Rajneesh, Mr. Prateek,Ms Anamosa,Mr. Abhishek.

  Beautiful property

  We visited lebua's heritage suite for two days in march and we found this a beautiful hotel. It is situated at the heart of Lucknow, very to near to key areas such as CM residence so location wise it's very safe, clean and quiet. Since Lucknow ain't a very big city anyway, the tourists destinations are also nearby at a distance of about five km. The hotel is beautifully decorated and promotes sustainable tourism with no plastic bottles. Also the breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choice . The property also has a few restaurants and a bar and though we didn't visit those bars, the places looked inviting. The staff at the reception was polite and helpful. The only tiny problem was the leaky plumbing in the washroom basin that was a bit annoying. Else everything was perfect. The corridors were wide and we could sit Nd relax while having a cuppa. Overall would love to visit this hotel again
