  So well Arrived late Thursday night on the 17th of September when we got there we went to the room which we is quite nice when we got up the next morning and went for breakfast it was absolutely disgusting the food is shocking lunch was not much better and dinner was okay they do not cater much for English theyre not very helpful in thereThey told us there was for à la cart restaurants so I tried to book one which you get free and they told me I had to wait one week until the 25th then I said I will pay every night to eating them and they told me know I definitely would not recommend that hotel is very rundown Im not one to put reviews on hotels I normally just dont go back but I definitely would not recommend this hotel for English people

  Nice hotel with good animation but dirty pools and bad management

  The hotel has very big area so you can walk and run there (but be careful with dogs, there are aggressive and many of them especially at the golf area). Rooms are spacious with pool and sea side view, cleaning was OK. Mini club and mini disco were also very nice. Beach is long, sand-pebble with many stones especially at the seashore, you must be careful not to hurt your feet when getting in. Big waves. Enough sunbeds. Beach and sea dangerous and not suitable for kids because of the stones. The biggest minus are the pools which were not being cleaned at all including the surrounding area. We told guest relations many times that it was dirty , no reaction at all. Tables and chairs in the main restaurant were dirty. Food very good, big choice during all meals. Will definitely not come back because of the dirty pools and would not recommend that hotel. The management should definitely change.

  Disgusting Customer Care

  If your British and thinking of booking this hotel think again! Had the most soul destroying 4 days here. First point to make is the hotel is extremely remote. We went into Antalya everyday to get away from the staff and guests here as they were so ignorant and rude. Hotel got us taxis each time and  charged 900 lira (£90) there and back. 1 of the taxi drivers got lost for over an hour and was stopping kids in street asking directions to the marina- A major tourist attraction and he didnt know where it was! Then the cheeky sod tried to take £70 one way when we forced him to stop and let us change taxi as he made us miss an excursion we'd booked and paid for! We got in another cab with an Antalya taxi firm and would you believe only 40 lira (£40) for the same journey both ways. Never used the hotel taxis again. When we went to front desk to complain the woman was rude and basically laughed at us then ignored our complaint! Taxi door also flew open and i almost fell out whilst it was travelling. Driver laughed and said sorry. Not good enough. Next the room was filthy wasnt cleaned once our entire stay even though we'd called and asked more than once. The air con didnt work. Bath pipes werent plumbed properly and shower leaked. All of which were filthy. everytime we were in room i got bit to shreds with insects in room. They basically came made beds, filled fridge and that was it. The cleanliness and hygiene was non existent. We were only english guests here it was mostly Russian and we were completely ignored and singled out. Got such a bad reception from the other guests and constantly looked at poorly by staff. buffet restaurant staff were awful throwing food on plate like we were nuisance to them and shouldnt be there. Special mention to the woman who done the omelettes her nasty attitude tipped us over the edge so we ate out instead. Cost us a small fortune for a 4 day all inclusive hol that we shouldnt of needed to spend much. There are only a small collection of staff that could speak English, made communication extremely difficult when trying to explain our concerns. Staff honesly couldn't of been any less helpful if they tried. English werent carted for at all. Next point tried to book a la carte restaurant only to be told there was no space our whole stay! Entertainment was russian and with the reception we received it was a no go. We had to wait untill 11pm when the beach bar opened with a dj to have any enjoyment. We were originally going to portugal as a recuperation hol for personal issues, couldnt go because of quarantine. Neither myself or partner could afford the amount of time off  so this was a last min get a way!! Worst hotel and hospitality weve ever received. Feel like we need a hol to recover from this place when we should be returning home refreshed after a break from life. Will say that the 11pm beach bar dj is wasted in this place. He was great and ignored all tbe bood he got when playing english music also vally was only one of all the staff who was nice to us and actually spoke to us. So thank you to him but as for rest please dont book this place if you want a relaxing hotel and looking for little luxury. This place doesn't even deserve 3 let alone 5 stars. Antalya is amazing and the locals were super friendly stay closer to New town city centre where all are catered for.

  Out in the sticks - caters mainly for Russians

  Belek was recommended to us by work colleagues as we had never been to Turkey before. However, be warned, this hotel is no where near Belek and is in fact way out in the sticks. There are no shops or bars outside of the complex so you may feel trapped. The site of the complex is huge. Our room was about 10 mins away from the main hub of the facilities. At check in we were given a tiny bit of paper regarding meal times and that was that, no other information about anything. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand much English and seem unhappy and disinterested in providing good customer service. The exceptions were Serab? the Aqua Fit instructor who was a lovely girl, the lady who did the cheese toasties and the blonde lady on Guest Relations. The tiny number of people there from the UK were very much in the minority as the vast majority of guests are Russians. To get off the site you have to use the taxi service provided by the hotel. My husband wanted to watch the Liverpool match so we had to pay 65 euros taxi fare to Side, which was more than we paid for our airport transfer from Antalya. The food was varied and plentiful but don't expect beans, bacon, butter at breakfast or ham. In the dining room it was a rugby scrum to get a table and even then they would have the previous diners' left overs on it. If you asked for it to cleared it was done as an imposition and if you asked eg for butter, the waiter would say they would go to get it and that would be the last you would see of them. Because all the food is behind screens trying to ask for the food you wanted was difficult and very hit and miss. The beach is nice and clean but there is a difficult ledge of shingles to get through, which is painful underfoot, on the water edge when getting into the sea. Once in the sea though, the water is lovely and warm. Another warning - on the beach there are fancy four poster beds. Its says on the notice that use "is Free" and to ring 7777 to book. On going to Guest Relations to book, however, we were told there was a 20 euro, per day charge. Put it this way, we were glad that we were only there for a week.

  Love holidays advertise this hotel as 5 star, no more than 3 star.

  We booked this through LOVE HOLIDAYS , who advertise this as a 5 star holiday, we feel we were miss sold this holiday, the place is dirty run, neglected, very few staff speak english, and the customer service is non existent, Most staff look miserable and very few speak English. On arrival we were shown to a room that had faulty doors, then put in the room beside the faulty one, the check in process was so long i had to sit on the floor outside the room waiting for access. The hotel is ill kept and dangerous, I tripped down a hole that had a carpet over it , bruising my knee, customer service were only interested in getting me to sign a form to say I refuse medical help! I pointed out I have been a nurse for 25 years , I need some ibrufen and ice to deal with this and someone should be dealing with the hole in the floor under the carpet..no one did and i saw several guests trip there. We requested to be directed to a quiet pool..we were shown to the adult pool which was surrounded by dangerous decking and was not maintained , I have attached photos , it was so bad..Im still waiting for Love Holidays to respond to my complaints..we asked to be moved within 24 hours of arriving at this hotel,it was that bad. love holidays ignored all requests and the email I got back 5 days later said we are trying to contact service provider..poor excuse I paid Love holiday for a 5 star hotel not a 2 star dump. Food is ok , repetitive but plentiful, hard to get a table in restaurant, guests mainly russian and so rude, Drink selection appalling, no sugar free soda, so if your diabetic you have to just drink water, tea ,coffee, My husband ordered a mojito..it was made with vodka...there is no rum. He ordered a Baileys this was watered down.. There was not one element of this hotel or holiday which was enjoyable..Please dont bother to book hotel and I certainly would not book with Love Holidays. Pictures of adult pool at this 5 star hotel..which I would not even rate has 2 star. I try to always leave an honest review of all the hotel we stay in..this place was awful
