  Vacaciones perfectas

  Desde nuestro punto de vista no hay mejor hotel en la isla de Astypalea ni mejor preparado para atender a los huéspedes,ese es el Maltezana Beach Hotel que ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas y ha conseguido que nuestra estancia en la isla fuese inolvidable, desde un desayuno excelente servido por el amable personal del hotel que te preparan unas mermeladas caseras exquisitas y un yogur buenísimo que te hará repetir, la habitación es amplia y confortable con terraza,tiene vistas al jardín y al mar , una piscina hermosa y si quieres relajarte en la playa tienes hamacas disponibles por cortesía del hotel, por supuesto, destacar la limpieza en todas las zonas comunes y los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros al dejarnos en la habitación un plato con buñuelos caseros (Loukoumades) riquísimos , la ubicación perfecta ya que tienes muy próximos los restaurantes,cafeterías y playas muy bonitas a su alrededor a parte, tiene la parada del autobús a pocos metros que te acercará a la capital de la isla. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor sitio para relajarse ,fue la mejor elección ubicarnos en este hotel, nos llevamos un recuerdo inolvidable y agradecer especialmente por su dedicación y profesionalidad a quien lo dirige Vlasios y a su familia, también agradecimientos a Nicky que nos resultó de gran ayuda. Un gran abrazo y esperamos repetir pronto , de parte María José y Ruben.

  A wonderful place for families and couples

  We stayed at this lovely family Hotel for 7 nights with my fiancee and I can certainly say the experience was fantastic. THE POSITION The position is excellent, only a few steps away to the sandy beach of Maltezana. The beach is very clean and well maintained by the locals. The Hotel provides free sunbeds and there is always someone there to assist us with anything you might need, such as snacks and cocktails. In addition, we ordered very frequently Mojitos and Caipirinhas where we both very much enjoyed at a very reasonable price too! Highly recommended for your relaxing moments by the beach. As bonus tip, it 's within a walking distance to the Blue Harbor, one of the greatest places to swim and relax on the Island (not recommended for kids or people with accessibility issues). THE PRODUCT The hotel personnel was very friendly and always keen to help, answer questions and provide guidance. Whenever we ordered room service, it was promptly served. The rooms are very large and comfortable, we stayed at the Room 112 where the balcony had a view to the sea and the pool bar of the Hotel. It was even large enough to accommodate people with special needs such as wheelchairs. In terms of cleanliness, the cleaning team took care of our room on a daily basis and we are 100% satisfied. Our room was always clean and neat. We also recommend the Hotel's Restaurant with no hesitation. Fresh fish (from local fishermen!), great taste, with local ingredients and by the pool. What else we could ask for. The Hotel's reception is very comfortable and ideal for business meetings or getting some work done on your laptop. To add, the Hotel also provides a parking lot for your car, very handy since most hotels on the Island did not provide that. We had a great time in Astypalaia and certainly the Hotel had an important role on that. We already have plans with my fiancee not only to return on the Island but also stay again on the particular Hotel. Therefore, we do recommend this Hotel to our friends and family and therefore to you too!

  The best choice at Maltezana-Analipsi beach

  Good place to stay at Astypalaia. The hotel is nice, with good swimming pool and organized beach. They also rent kayaks for short sails around the bay. As usual in Greece hotel management help with the rent of vehicles or to book sailing trips around the small island. The hotel management also take care of guests transfer to/from the harbour or the airport. Good restaurant with local dishes. In the area there are more good restaurants. Bus stop just 100m away from the hotel. From there public transport is available to main island towns and beaches.

  The place to be!

  The hotel was in a great location near a beautiful beach. All the spaces of the hotel, our room and the pool were very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional!! Special thanks to Vlasis for the great cocktails!

  Perfect place to relax and enjoy family hospitality

  We came to Astypalea in our boat, but we booked rooms for friends and family at the hotel. If you want discos, noisy bars, party time, all day English breakfast, don't come. If, however, you would like to stay in a place which is run lovingly by a wonderful family who cannot do enough for you, with a delightful, sparkling pool which overlooks the beach in the wonderfully sheltered Analipsi Bay, where there is an extraordinary choice of really good tavernas within 5 - 10 minutes' walk, then this is for you. The rooms are spotless, prettily furnished and the two we saw - a family flat with two rooms and a double room - were ideal. It's 5 minutes from the airport - a flight to and from Athens every day (and two on Sundays - so you can make it from UK or Mainland Europe in one day). Or you can get an overnight ferry from Athens most days. The stunning Chora, main town, is 9 km away, and you must visit. We have been sailing in the Aegean for five years, and this is now our favourite island. We hear it gets pretty busy from July 12th onwards - our visitors came from mid June till 8th July and it was perfect. After 25th August we are told it is very quiet again.
