  Ubicación céntrica

  Hotel aceptable, si se considera que está en el centro de Sparta y a la vuelta de su principal museo y a pocas cuadras del monumento a Leónidas. Es mas bien un hotel de negocios, pero apto para turismo. Desayuno aceptable y personal agradable, a pesar que no hablan en español.

  BUEN HOTEL

  El hotel nos pareció correcto, funcional, abundante y buen desayuno, buena atención, bien ubicado en el centro para acceder a Mystras u otros lugares turísticos y restaurantes locales. Para una corta estancia. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.

  Center of Sparta

  A great hotel in the middle of Sparta. The rooms are large and well appointed, breakfast is the standard fare. We found the staff to be very helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking at the property and you must park at a private parking lot or in the street out the front.

  Maniatis

  Maniatis is a lovely modern hotel sitting in the middle of sparta. Beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony and overlooking the busling activity going on around me. Then when you shut the balcony doors it was quite and easy to have a good rest in spite of all the activity still going on outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in sparta

  Average hotel but restaurant worth a visit.

  We visited Sparta for one night and were travelling with another couple who suggested Hotel Maniatis. It was our first time at this hotel (we usually stay at another hotel in Sparta) and upon arrival the front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel itself is average. Our room was clean but the bed was hard and sleeping was difficult (tossed all night to find a comfortable position). In addition there was only two pillows and despite repeated attempts to ask for extra pillows they didn't show up until my husband had an argument with the night reception staff (Kosta) . He insisted that my husband (who is Greek) told him another room number even though two of us distinctly heard the correct room number. By this time it was well after 11:00 pm and we were tired. The bathroom needs some renovation but overall was clean. The breakfast was average but we did eat two meals in the restaurant on the main floor. Both meals were outstanding and our waiter was helpful and efficient. The menu is varied and understand that there are daily specials. Although I would not stay at the hotel again, I would recommend the restaurant to have a meal.
