  Spacious Room

  Love the size and comfortabilty of the rooms here. Food is quite reasonably priced at this hotel. Central location Shah Alam town centre. Theres 7eleven banks restaurants walking distance from the hotel. If u have business visits in Shah Alam this hotel is just perfect.

  Nice spacious room

  5 star for comfort and size of room.. nothing much at this hotel food average throughout.. suitable for business travellers.. work the whole day come back tired enjoy the bed n room.. for food many restaurants opposite hotel..

  5 Star Hotel with Mesra Halal features

  An excellent choice for Muslim travelers to stay here. My family enjoys a comfortable stay at Muslim friendly hotel which strategically located at the center of Shah Alam city. Near to Shah Alam mosque too. The food selection at Royale Songket Restaurant is delicious and served international and local cuisine.

  I love the fact that our room hotel was facing the Masjid Shah Alam. Checking in was not a breeze as staff are overwhelm by guest. Staff should have a different counter for checking in and collecting key. Originally, we requested for a connecting door, invoice/receipt was given with a room number. When we came to collect our keys, we have to wait for 45 mins ( we check in at 12pm and was told to come back at 3pm) , we were given a different room number with no connecting door. Its satisfactory because our room was facing the big masjid while the 'original room number' have a different view...

  Its ok to sleep

  Stayed here for work. Good things first, the rooms are clean. Bed is comfy to sleep on, showers are strong and the temperature of the water is just nice. Parking is free for guests, but you would need to validate it over the counter. There is a parking attendant to make sure you get to leave the premises for free after that. Location is great too, if you are willing to walk. Me'nate, Ehsan's, Avisenna Hospital and SACC mall are all within walking distance if you are willing to walk. Alternatively order via foodpanda or Grabfood to get all them tasty delights of Shah Alam right to the hotel doorstep hehe. There are a number of downers for me but it might not be for others. The gym equipments do not work well, and I can only use the weights to work out. The pool is freezing cold and is a bit too deep for leisure swimmers, but I suppose there is nothing we can do about it. The food is edible, but not that great. Room service food prices are not too expensive (for hotel standards), but didn't get a chance to try. The story goes their Halal Chinese restaurant is amazing. Overall, come here to sleep and you will be happy with their services.
