  Great room marine view

  Our room was great sea view. I struggled a little with so many stairs my fault I didnt check what floor it was on Room very clean tidy and worth the cost. Only downside we had was cars racing around late at night. Nothing could be done about that. Would definitely recommend

  Perfect place to stay when in Scarborough

  The room was clean, we had a wonderful Seaview as well. It's only about 10 minutes walk to the beach on the north side and the same to the main beach on the south side. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

  one night stay

  Fantastic little hotel , with a friendly welcome our room had a sea view and was nicely decorated and clean . There is on street parking , you are given a permit on arrival . You are in a good position for the north and south bay . You can not beat waking up to a sea view .

  Nice mid week break

  Stayed for 2 nights booked one room through booking.com and my Mrs surprised me with a second night booking direct with owner Kelly-Marie. First impressions of the hotel were very good the house was spotless... cleanest bb Ive ever stayed in I tried to find dust, dirt but it was exceptionally clean and smelled really nice in corridors too. First night room number 6 room was small and bed could have done with being a bit bigger as kept banging my head were both chunks though so dont let that put you off. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and clean as a whistle. Biccys n coffee etc in room too so able to have a brew. Stairs up to room 3 flights were a mission with the wifes luggage lol. Next day we swapped to room number 1 very spacious nice big double or maybe king size bed and a single bed too ...again spotless and had a really nice sea view looking over the bay, windows could be opened too to let in sea air and had a double glazed unit on the inside so no excess noise or drafts. All in all a very nice stay and well deffo be back again. My only small gripe is when Kelly-Marie called me to confirm booking the night before and to confirm our arrival time, I asked if we could get there before 2, not check in but just get the free parking ticket so we could make the most of our first day. Kelly-Marie wouldnt entertain this. When we arrived at 1.30 the street was completely full so we ended up parked a good 500 metres away on another street. If we,d been given the disc earlier we may have got a spot on the street and not had to waste a morning hanging round at our stop over prem inn, rather than getting to scabby mid morning as I would have liked. I managed to move the car round to outside the hotel on our last night when the decorators working on next door went home (no noise) so I didnt have to drag the bags all way back to car when we went home. Thanks for a great stay Kelly-Marie well deffo be back again before Xmas if you can fit us in.

  Little gem

  Had a wonderful week here, nice clean room with everything you need for your stay. Booking a sea view room is definitely worth it, Kelly-Marie was very friendly, helpful & obliging. The stairs to our third floor room were a bit of a killer after being out all day! This is a great place to base yourselves as you are only 10mins from the beach or town centre. Would definitely recommend and will be checking again.
