  A wonderful hotel in Irkutsk

  The hotel has good location with just 5 min walking to the Central Market and the mini van station to Olkhan. The staffs have good English communication. They were helpful to us booking taxi to airport and to train station. We special thanks for the male staff in the night. He is gentle and with great helped to us. Although we stayed for one night only, they were still willing helped us to storage our large luggage for 4 days when we went to Olkhan. We are highly recommended this hotel to others.

  Clean rooms and friendly staff

  Three of us stayed here for several days. It was a short walk to markets amd shops, with many cafes and restaurants close by. They do a fabulous breakfast with many choices, the museli and yoghurt was the best. The staff were really terrific and helpful as was security - big thanks to all!! I'd recommend this hotel for sure!!

  More of a hostel than Hotel

  It is clean. I was on 4th floor - no bedding and so I had to go all the way downstairs to get some - no phone in the room. No Wi Fi info in the room so once back upstairs with the bedding I had to go down again to get Wi Fi code which hadn't been given on check in. The receptionist said "Yes it is very difficult for us" !!!!! I explained it was probably more difficult for their guests. The bathroom had no heating and was freezing cold - even the shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast doesn't start til 8.00 am! and no alternative arrangement. Pillows are very lumpy.

  Excellent location, good breakfast

  Great location next to the central market, walking distance to tram stops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Great breakfast included and fast, free wifi. Room was large and clean, with good shower over the bath. Reception were friendly and stored our bags until we needed to leave later to catch the train. Excellent value.

  Best Value in Irkutsk

  This was defiantly the right call for my 2 nights in Irkutsk. Extremely clean, amazing staff who speak good English and are sooooo friendly, awesome breakfast, comfy beds, really fast wifi, quiet, great location. You wont got wrong here.
