  Fabulous

  What a beautiful place to stay we were in number 9 and the view took your breath away . Comfortable beds and every thing you need is there. The pools are beautiful , an infinity pool and spa too. Will come back here for sure

  Stay elsewhere if you want a relaxing holiday

  Management Ken and Linda will make you feel like youre in jail on holiday. Not allowed to spend time on the balcony to soak up the view and have a glass of wine to watch the sunset. They will knock on your door and tell you off. And advise talking on balcony is not allowed as noise travels. It was 6pm. Really early. Total nightmare. They are the worst management we have ever encountered. Stay elsewhere.

  Terrible service

  Stay elsewhere bad management. Ken and Linda took photos of guests kids in the pool without consent. We heard through the grapevine and therefore kept out kids away out of sight. Management excuse was they were taking photos of the car accident on the road however you cannot see the road from where Linda was standing taking photos. Also other guest were told off for relaxing on their balcony at 6pm. What is this? a jail? never have we have been on a holiday and paying top dollar as guests to feel like you cannot relax. Do Not Stay Here. Spend your money across the road at the terraces or neighbouring properties. Management are the worst and body corp will need to get rid of them to remove the stigma they have caused to this poor resort.

  Lovely staff, site but

  Caz was lovely, very friendly and the apartment had great views. Whilst the bedroom and ensuite had been updated, the kitchen/living room need updating compared to photos on the website. The kitchen was functional and well laid out but dated. The quite badly chipped whitewear let it down as ants ran through gaps into the pantry and on bench tops. The pool was great but the car park was a bit challenging. Cons: the little steps between bedroom and ensuite and into laundry caught our toes a couple of times. Might not be so good for less mobile people. The car parks were challenging not just for us but for lots others by the sound of tyres. And what was that continual hum? Another guest asked us if we could hear it as they were trying to figure out what it was. Was it a pump? But it ran all night and was very noticeable. Sadly the biggest con was how noise travelled between floors. Caz was extremely helpful with a noisy group in the apartment above us. Its understandable that kids are excited but constant running, scraping of furniture being dragged around, and yelling, on top of arguing adults wasnt great because of how the sound travelled. Despite Caz speaking to them, the same group continued actively arguing with raised voices out on their deck until 0230 in the morning then used the pools at 0230. We didnt want to know their problems but we could not avoid hearing it so we didnt get sleep. Didnt contact management as felt admonished for doing so earlier. Recommend top floor apartments only unless happy to hear everyones issues.

  Top Spot for Couples Dirty Weekend

  Went up there for a dirty weekend away, could not have picked a better spot. The room was nice and clean with a great view close to the center of town, there was a full kitchen with cooking appliances that we were not expecting, this came in handy for cooking and early breakfast with a hangover. There was a good little stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, and good quality furniture. The view was great looking over the town and boats in Airlie, the balcony was comfortable and the room was private enough that we could walk around naked without worrying too much about upsetting anyone, the room was quiet enough and the walls adequate enough to keep in the sounds of loud adult activities and toys which were going on for long hours late and into the early hours. We heard no complaints anyway.
