    Good hotel in a great location

    Great hotel location, easy access to transportation, food and affords an opportunity to feel the pulse of the city. Had an exemplary performance by the manager Bengi in solving an issue, I sent an email about 2 am and received a perfect resolution within 2 minutes. Staff were courteous and nice and I enjoyed my Dinners at the hotel. Top 10% of hotel experiences have ever had.

    Amazing staff and amazing service!!

    This hotel is situated in the perfect location, surrounded by a combination of restaurants, malls and public transport, theres truly nothing more you can ask for! Sweet and caring people that truly go above and beyond their call of duty, just to be of assistance and make you feel right at home, run the hotel. Eray was a star from the very beginning; he was so attentive throughout our entire stay. The second we got out of our cab outside of the hotel, we were super impressed by the service that was provided by Eray, Aydan and Ugud, they work so well as a team and deliver such amazing service with smiling eyes (I say that, as we were all wearing masks ha!). As it was my aunties birthday, once the team helped settle us into our suite, they returned with a surprise cake and sang happy birthday to my auntie, which left her in tears of joy. Half way through our stay, my auntie went for a dental procedure which meant she was very limited when it came to consuming food, this must have been bought up in conversation with Eray the day before, and due to him being so attentive with the hotel guests, he remembered and sent a complimentary get well soon sweet liquid dish gift for her after her procedure. Ive visited many high-end hotels in the past and they have been great, but I have to say that such thoughtful acts from hotel staff have been non-existent; Eray seriously deserves a promotion for his thoughtfulness and professionalism. I along with my family often visit Istanbul a few times a year, this will continue however, going forward the only thing that will change is that we will become loyal guests of this hotel. This hotel is amazing but, what made our stay that much more memorable is the service we received from the staff, thank you! Hope to see you again in a few months!
