Worst experience ever
Want to have the worst stay of your life ? Welcome to bosphorus hotel not only you get treated like you are begging for your room the staff is not friendly the reception is rude and guess what.. you get kicked out of breakfast whether you like it or not and when you try and check if you have breakfast you also get shouted at , seriously stay away from this unprofessional bad place.

Very bad receptionist Sara
We came to the hotel on a diplomatic mission, and we paid to upgrade our rooms also, while hotel is empty, Sara the receptionist tried to double charge us for the rooms in a sneaky way, also we tried to enter breakfast and they kicked us out claiming that we have to pay, while our rooms include breakfast, as we were told after the upgrade, hotel is empty we are maybe the only guests in the hotel during corona outbreak. Very bad hotel, no respect to the guest, very bad service and they try to rip you off by making you pay twice through sneaky maneuvers. We will never come back to this place it is worst hotel experience we ever had.

Relatively good value for money
Nothing so bad, but absolutely nothing good enough, except the Bosphorus view from the 7th floor restaurant called "Azure". Chip bed linen, a foam rubber pillows, very busy road just under your window with a highly polluted air (better not to risk to open up a window). Smiling but very slow staff. A good service in the restaurant, but quality of a food is pretty average.

Super fantastic all-in-all
am a frequent traveller to stanbul so i had been to many hotels 4 and 5 stars. However i can say that Metropolitan Posphorus Hotel is the best on top of list. was extremely contented from the moment i arrived at the hotel. All the staff are professional, multilingual,so friendly and much much helpful. can't mention the whole names but these guys are super fantastic : Emre, Çihan, Sara and Ohan. Big thank you & much appreciated. The hotel premises, rooms and restaurant all in all are super clean and hygiene. The hotel has taken care of every little small particulars. The interior is a state of the art in all aspects. Once you checked in, you will feel the difference and the hotel will become your only & only choice. Best regards, Ayman & Family

Had an amazing and enjoyable stay at the Metropolitan!
Was staying at the hotel for 8 nights, and it was SUPERB! The rooms very clean, breakfast fantastic, location amazing! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful! Truly recommend this hotel, and for sure will come back in other occasion as well!

Nice small comfortable hotel
Location very good close to local transport links and cruise terminal, staff excellent, kind and professional, the hotel is very clean, restaurants and shops very close by and some sites are easy to get to from the hotel on foot with cruise terminal within 10 minutes easy walking

Great location but not what you pay for !
I got scammed , I booked full sea view rooms early on with extra cost and only got partial sea view rooms !! Mind you the sea is not even showing in those rooms and all I got from the property is we can do nothing and go contact booking.com !!! Not a recommended hotel !
