    Really disappointing

    I got this hotel at a really cheap hotel, so I wasn't expecting much, yet I was still disappointed. There's no laundry service- there's a place across the way to go to (really nice owner btw). Airport transfers they need a weeks notice to arrange, but they don't tell you this and if you are used to other hotels that only want 24hrs notice, you're in trouble. Want to book a tour? They recommend a cab that is "very cheap". Then my shower head broke and I noticed two of my pillows didn't have cases, and told the front desk early in the morning. When I came back that night the different front desk man had no note of the problem, and no solution since the cleaning lady was gone for the day. I was kind of baffled that he didn't know where linens were kept in this relatively small hotel. I was offered a room trade but it was too much of a hassle when I was leaving in the morning. Tldr- spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

    Good location, very responsive reception staff,BUT...

    1)their official website is based on lies, for example they said that there is laundry and sauna but none of these were present 2)breakfeast is basic, and you should come early to the breakfeast before u miss some meals 3)poor cleaning service, in 7 days the room service just came twice although we told them to come

    El hotel nada tiene que ver con las fotos en las páginas de reservas. Se encuentra en una buena ubicación, pero el trato del personal es pésimo, las habitaciones son viejas y muy incómodas y las zonas comunes están sucias y en mal estado.

    OK hotel for a short stay

    It's an ok hotel for a budget travels especially for a short stay in the city... It has a great location, as it is just in the center with all the shops and restaurants, and close to the harbour. The rooms are very small and a bit shabby, but again, for a day or two they have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Poor wifi in the rooms.

    I stayed 12 days in this hotel from 9 to 21 October 2020 everything was more than perfect , i was planed to stay for 2 days but when i see the location, Stayed 10 days more , its near for everything in the middle of the maddi of antalya, trams its just 1 minutes walk other tram 3 minutes walk, all busses passing and stop in 1 minutes walk from the hotel breakfast is very rich with sea views, and price its 50% less than other hotels its 3 stars hotel with 4 star quality and the staff was very nice , respectful and helpful a they speaking English very well and try to help you for everything in very polite way , they gave me the best room with sea view, and made many call for to get information for the place i visited location 10/10 price 10/10 staff 10/10 room 9.5/10 breakfast 10/10 will definitely book same hotel again when will visit antalya again thank for all the staff , with special thank for Mr, Deniz for all the help and valuable information and time , i was so lucky to find this hotel with 50% price i paid in konyaalti and 2 times quality service, advice everyone to stay there , you can see all antalya starting from there
