Budget hotel, low valueThe price is so good that it sounds too good to be true... and it is. We had booked 5 nights for our arrival in KL. The good side is definitely the location. Only 5 minutes walk from Chinatown and delicious food, 15 minutes walk from Bukit Bintang and the Petronas, close to the train station. There is bottled water for free at the reception. For less than $30 per night, to have a full room with private bathroom is already good. But the description of the place (we booked through Oyo Rooms) was not at all accurate. It says: - Daily housekeeping There is no daily housekeeping, we have been there 5 nights and never did anyone cleaned the room. The garbage bin was so full on days 3 we started using our own bags for garbage, we ran out of hand soap on the second day and it has never been filled either. - Fridge in the room Yes, there is one but it is not functioning The worst part for me is definitely the important lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The bathroom is moldy, with white circles (of past customers) on sink that never got cleaned, the bed sheets and pillows had dark spots and hair all over (not sure if they got washed between customers) so we slept in our own sleeping bags, the floor had hair all over it, the cupboard (where you would usually store your clothes or bags as there is literally no other place) is so stinky, we couldn't even open it. We ended up just leaving all of our clothes and bags on the floor and on the second bed and it made it very hard to walk in the room as it is so small. For the whole stay, the staff was very friendly, until the morning of our checkout. It was a different employee than usual, we needed to catch our bus at 8AM so we wanted to leave by taxi at 7AM. When we asked at the reception if he could call a taxi for us, the employee said no, and when we asked where we could catch one, he said he doesn't know. Not helpful at all... We ended up leaving with all our bags trying to catch a taxi on the street...

Satisfied For The PriceThis is a budget hotel. The value is worth the price paid. Only RM75 and I get free wifi, hot and cold shower, nice bed. Already stay here 2 times. Maybe will come again. Suitable for anybody who looks for hotel near the masjid jamek lrt station and near the chinatown.

Absolutely disgusting!!We stayed here for 2 nights in KL and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff are rude and useless (for example we asked to book a taxi to the airport and they said they didn't know how to ring for one). The room was very dirty with stains all over the bed sheets so we slept in our sleeping bags. The lights on the hall way were broken which made taking the stairs a death trap. They hung their washing out on the stairs too... which is where I can only assume the bed sheets get their stains from. We carried our valuables around with us all the time as the notice in the room said they can't be held accountable if a cleaner steals it and to be honest it didn't seem safe leaving things there. They call themselves OYO Rooms on booking.com which gives a false persona. We complained about the sheets and the woman on reception just very rudely said we should of told them before and they would of changed them. No apology. This place seems more like a scam than a hotel. Just don't go there...

Filthy bedsheets and rude/unhelpful staffAt first glance the room looked fine, typical of what you would expect for the price you're paying. That was until we pulled back the bed cover to get into bed and discovered a whole range of stains on the sheets coupled with numerous short and curly hairs. There were muddy footprints, paint and numerous other dirty stains as can be seen on the pictures. This isn't a surprise as they hang all the laundry out to dry on the banisters in the filthy hallway, which incidentally doesn't have any lighting, this makes climbing the stairs in the dark a very dangerous task! When we informed the receptionist about the bed sheets she didn't apologise, only asked why we hadn't told her sooner. We also asked her to book a taxi for us but she said she didn't have a number- not very helpful for a front desk at a hotel. Avoid.

KLclean room, the guy on the front desk was fine didnt really have much interaction with the staff. Room was cleaned everyday we were there (4 days) with fresh towels provided . Good location , walking distance to china town and about a 25 min walk to KLCC park. The masjid jamek MRT is within 5 mins walk and connects you to all of KL, plenty of food places near by including Burger King, Mcdonalds, KFC and 7 eleven. Also has a laundry place around the street corner where you can get your washing done and returned in the same day.
